Product Description
Tour Master Synergy Heated Leather Gloves
Tour Master Synergy™ apparel is designed to operate from a vehicle standard 12-volt electrical system to provide unmatched levels of warmth and comfort. With Synergy™ apparel, wearers can be warm without the bulk and discomfort typically caused by excessive layers of clothing. By providing increased warmth and mobility in cold temperatures, Synergy™ apparel helps reduce fatigue while increasing safety and enjoyment.
Each Synergy™ garment is heated by a series of durable carbon fiber heating elements, which generate safe, electronically controlled infrared heat. In addition to safe and even heating, carbon fiber elements are lightweight, flexible and safe to operate in wet conditions. It is carbon fiber’s light weight and flexibility that allows Synergy™ garments to fit comfortably under protective riding apparel.
Synergy™ Gloves include the Power Lead Wiring Harness, Temperature Control Unit and a V-Split Connector (Required when using Synergy™ Gloves with Synergy™ Pant or Vest liners).

Tour Master Synergy Heated Leather Gloves
The gloves were a gift. I did not use the gloves after trying them on. They fit great but are bulky for my needs. I need to produce a secuirty card for entrance to my work site and found the gloves hindered getting my jacket unzipped and recovering the ID card. The quality was good and fit was good, just too bulky for my use. I rated durability a three because I did not use the gloves.

Warm Hands
I love my new heated gloves. I like the fact that they come with everything you need to plug them in to your bike, no additional wires or connections or even controllers to purchase. They do run a little small. Even with using the size chart and ordering the appropriate size, they fit a little snug. I would suggest sizing up one size for a perfect fit.

Probably the best buy for the price.
Several things turned me toward the TM Synergy gloves versus other brands. Mainly it was the fair pricing and the included harness and controller. Even though I ended up not using the harness or controller (I just plug them into the TM Synergy Jacket I ordered at the same time) they might come in handy one day and compared to other brands that require you buy those parts seperately it's a deal. The gloves do seem to lack the precurve of my other thinsulate lined cold weather gloves. The leather and stitching seem to be of good quality. I'll know more in a couple of years. The heating elements are very thin and not at all noticeable. The gloves keep my hands comfortable at 20F on Medium. Around 40F I find the Low setting is about right. After about a thousand miles of use the gloves still feel a bit stiff and thick compared to my other non-electric cold weather gloves but it's not a bad trade off for comfort. They are not so stiff I feel my ability to grip and operate the hand controls is impaired or lessened to a meaningful degree. The gloves seems to be matched perfectly to the TM Jacket Liner so I can run them right off the jacket harness and controller which makes getting dressed for a ride a lot faster. I have not tested them in the wet yet and can only say that they are making my Winter riding much more comfortable and I am completely satisfied that my money has been well spent on this cold weather riding accessory.

Good, not perfect
I had problems with cold thumbs as did others. If thermostat unplugged and stayed with glove ordeal of hooking up would be much less. Otherwise fingers stayed warm.

Good buy, start out at least one size up.
Used these to ride to work today at 35dF along with vest. Never needed to turn them up past Low. I normally wear large gloves and I needed a 2XL. Start out ordering at least a size larger than you typically use, and make sure the thumb on the throttle hand is long enough or the pressure will make your thumb go numb despite the warmth (why XL was no good for me). Feel bulky, at least for someone not used to heated gloves, but not uncomfortable.

Warm
As advertised, they are definitely warm. I have not had the cold thumbs problem others have mentioned. Not sure on crash protection or durability yet. Buy them a size smaller than other gloves. I run these with the TourMaster jacket on a sport bike and have no electrical issues.

Good Product
It actually does get cold in San Diego! I leave my house at 5:30 for my morning commute, and it can actually be in the low 30s during the winter. These gloves have made a world of difference to my comfort level. Functionally, they are fantastic! The size seems to run a bit small, as compared to my BMW summer gloves. The only other drawback is the lengthy process of making all of the appropriate connections before each use. But it's worth it to avoid frozen fingers!

Hey! I can still feel my fingers!
I just rode to work and it is 27 degrees F outside. My hands were comfortable the entire ride. The only "minus" to the gloves is that the tips of my thumbs do get cold. The heating element does not wrap around the tip and cold air does work its way in. One waringing on size...they do run a little small. If you measure out to a medium, get a large. Overall though, a great product!

Cold Thumbs
I like the fit and the overall setup works good for me, plugs work good, gloves seem to be high quality and uniform heating on the fingers. My only huge gripe is that I had 5 days of commuting to work in 13-19 degree temperature, about 15 miles non-stop highway riding and after about 5 miles my thumbs are numb as can be. Tried to duct-tape some rawhide around the thumb (which begins to take the vanity away from the gloves) and that didn't help much. I have to ride with my thumbs tucked up sideways along the handlebars instead of underneath (not the safest way to ride). My Polar-Tex gloves do much better than the thumb, but admittedly the fingers stay nice and toasty so I'd rather have 8 warm fingers and two frost-bitten thumbs than 10 overall semi-cold fingers. But I'll go back to the polar-tex if it gets above 35 degrees.
