Same problems
I have had these gloves for several years. I have had every one of the problems mentioned in the reviews above, except mine always heat. Wiring in the jacket sleeves for electric glove will always be a pain, but the others could be addressed. Hopefully they already have been.

Crazy small thumbs
I was given these as a gift, and the fingers fit nicely, but the thumbs were unusually short. I don't have long thumbs and have never experienced this in a pair of gloves before. I didn't want a larger size because then the fingers would be too long and possibly hang up on the clutch and brake levers. I sent them back.
I contacted Tour Master about the problem and was told that they hadn't heard of any problems like this. I don't believe that at all.

Happy & Somewhat Dissatisfied
I really like the heating setup to use all of the Tour Master products together without having to buy additional equipment, controllers etc. Although I agree with another post, the thumbs could use some more heat! All in all they do keep my hands warm in the low 30's which is why I bought them, I won't ride if it is below freezing. I did have to return my first set due to being too small and ordered the XL, but my hand size fit the large according to the sizing chart.

Great Gloves - if you get the right size
OK, so I read all the reviews, and although my hand measured to a Large, I ordered a size up and got XL, but I could barely put it on, and couldn't even bend my fingers. So, sent it back and got XXL - they are still tight, but fit nicely.
The gloves work wonderfully. I plug them in to a separate powerlet on my KLR 650 by the dash board, and my jacket on another down by my left leg. I connected the gloves directly to the jacket wires in the sleeves a couple times but the temps are not even (jacket had to be too hot to even feel the gloves). the advantage of running the gloves independently is that I can have my jacket on Low and the gloves on Med or High. Anyway, I love the gloves and would buy again in a heartbeat!

Don't Waist Your Time and $
Bought these for my wife. Didn't work at ALL. Last time I buy ANY of the products offered by this company. If there are known deffects with the product and Quality Control Dept at the factory fails, what seems to be 30-40% of the time from reading other reviews, the company obviously doesn't care about attracting or keeping customers. Right now they may have a corner on the low-medium cost market for these gloves, I don't see that lasting very long at this rate.
So she tried them out on a 60+ mile round trip to work in low 40's weather, yeah nadda, and one very cold wife when she got back. Happy meter was pegged at the wrong end for sure!
Fit: followed recommendation on sizing (from other reviews) and they fit the wife's hands perfectly, a 5.
Finish: they don't look like complete crap, 3.
Durability: gave it a 3 as an average, gloves will only ever be worn once!
Features: well it would help the score if the 'features' worked, a 0 if it was an option but it wasn't so a 1.
Cost Benefit: Uh, I dunno... Spending $150+ for something that never worked, a 1.
Got 'caught in the suction', so never returned them, doom on me... Probably going to ship them back to the manufacture with something similar to this review as soon as I have the time.

Work Great, Tight Fit
These gloves work very well and are well crafted. I've already ridden with them a lot and they will cook your hands on high. They are great on low or medium. However, they are a very tight fit in the size I normally wear. I bought them in this size only because it was the only size available at the time. I had read they run small. That is really true. Buy them but buy a size above the normal fit for you.

Poor Performance
I ride with TourMaster heated liners and gloves in weather ranging from 40 to 15 degrees. The jacket and pants liners work great however the performance of the gloves is very poor. In fact I have found that my non-heated thinsulate gloves keep my fingers warmer than the TourMaster heated gloves. They have proven to be wasted money for me.

Seem to keep my fingers and hand warm enough but the thumbs are a little cold. The size runs at least 1 size smaller so you need to order bigger than normal. All in all worth the money spent to have warm hands in the winter.

Very good heated gloves
First, the size is a bit small. I usually take a medium, but ordered the large and they fit great! Very supple with no break in. It is a pain to string the wires through a jacket, but that gets easier with time. As for heating, yes the thumb gets a little cold. BUT, I tried these out riding 130 miles, temps in the low to mid 30's F, AND in a steady rain and these gloves worked to keep my fingers warm - except the thumb. By moving my thumb around every so often, it helped. By the end of the 130 miles, it seemed as though they were not heating. I took the gloves off, and they were SOAKED on the outside and damp on the inside. I believe that the combination of the wet and LOW temps made it seem as though they were not heating. I dried them out and they worked just fine. And my fingers were still not COLD. So, are they worth the bucks? Can you put a price tag on comfort? Don't think so, especially when you're riding cold and miserable. If you want to spend more, you can. But these will do the job.

Bring Back Widder
Three thermostats have quit working - 2 for vest and one for gloves in the past year. On the occasion the vest and gloves have worked together they were pretty good, but you can't depend on them. I've had three sets of Widder's before they closed the doors over 20+ years. Now I use my worn out Widder's as my primary because either the gloves don't work or the vest doesn't. I also developed a loose connection one of the connectors to the gloves. I would not recommend either the vest or gloves until they can get a system to where you can bypass the thermostats when they don't work (and they will quit). I travel a lot and use the product a lot and I have no confidence in it.
