Great fit, easy to control, very warm even on low setting. At 32 degrees I only wear a tee under liner and a fabric motorcycle jacket over and I couldn't be any warmer. Neck warmer great plus. Great product, now I will buy the pants. ALMOST GREAT PRODUCT, JACKET DIED LAST COLD DAY BEFORE WARM WEATHER. Sent it back and got refund, because company is out of stock. Will order again when available.

Just took a 3 day ride where the average temperature was in the low 40s. Lows dipped into the low 30s. Without this heated jacket liner, the trip would not have been possible. This thing kept me toasty warm the whole time. The only minor complaint I have is the leg strap for the controller is extremely large. I’m not a small guy, and even with my overpants on, the strap is still loose around my leg. I put a piece of tape around the clip on the back to keep the controller from continually coming off the leg strap. Other than that, no complaints.

The jacket worked very well the first time,the second time the control unit got stuck on hi and it did to hot so i would cycle it off and on. when i got back from my trip I called tourmaster and they sent a new control out no charge. Liner work good by itself without using the power on a cool day. I used a lite long sleeve wicking type shirt underneath the jacket liner and my jacket.

I ride year round. I have used the jacket & glove combination for the last 2 winters down to 15 degrees in comfort. Wired both my ultra clasic & vulcan with no problems. Since I received a wiring harness with the gloves & again with the jacket, I did not need to buy a second harness. It is great that I did not have to buy a controller separately (like other brands) & that I can run the gloves & the jacket off of the same controller. Only problem I have had is that the plastic clip broke off of the controller. Now I just tuck the controller into my chaps. No problem.

I really like my Synergy jacket liner. I can use it on cold days without having to bundle up in multiple layers. It keeps my core warm so I don't need to wear a base layer under my jeans yet I am still comfortable. Too soon to rate the durability but it works great and is low hassle.

Very happy with this jacket. I never thought I'd wear a heated jacket but this has changed my mind. The fit and style of this jacket is very good. I have friends who currently own H-D heated jackets and they say they like this style and definitely this price better. I'd highly recommend this one!

I recently purchased this item. I am 5'10" 180 lbs and bought the medium size jacket. It fits perfectly. The heat is even throughout the jacket and keeps ya toasty warm. The heat in the collar is a bonus.

I haven’t had this Tour Master heated liner for very long but so far my impression is very good. Like all the other reviews stated: order one size smaller than you normally wear. I got a medium and I normally wear a size 42-44 jacket(6’/200lbs). The medium size fits me perfect with a close comfortable fit. The liner has elastic along the sides under the arms which pulls the liner close but is very comfortable. Having the temperature controller included with this jacket was a big plus. Last time I rode with this heated liner on under a leather jacket it was 39 degrees F. I was comfortable on the low setting with just a T-shirt on under the liner. If this heated liner holds up to normal use I will continue be very pleased with this purchase.

The jacket liner is incredible and, as many have said, I don't know how I previously rode in cold weather without it. It is truly worth the cost. Unfortunately, the first wiring harness I purchased failed due to a short in the wiring harness. Frankly, it was a mess. Motorcycle Superstore and the manufacturer quickly intervened replacing both the harness and the jacket liner through overnight mail delivery.
