Duke Waikoloa,  HI Nice but fit has room for improvement I’m 6'2” & 215lbs w/ a 36in waist. I wear a lrg to Xlrg shirt so naturally got that size vest. There's not enough Velcro on the side adjustment straps to tighten it around the waist. I have a bit of the Velcro sticking on the end of the strap and the majority of it hanging there loose. If you cut off the excess and sew it back on or add a larger strip of Velcro, it will be perfect. The upper part around the neck feels large and loose. Because of this I also had to order the next smaller size (sm to med) just to see which would fit better. It was insanely small so I had to send the sm back and kept the lrg-xlrg. If you’re using it for over your jacket, it'll probably be perfect. I mostly use mine w/ the Icon Elbow Armor and a tanktop. Although Icon totally rocks, at this price, you'd think they would have it right already.
