Poor product
I recommend using heavy duty garbage bags. The rain covers slipped down to the ankles. The canvass toes developed holes with first use. Dirt and road grime was difficult to remove.

Fantastic in heavy rain
I use these every day in torrential Seattle rain, and they work like a charm. They fit well, are properly rain proof, and were an absolute bargain. Just remember that in heavy rain, you need to put these on UNDER the rain suit you're wearing, otherwise water can leak down the suit and into the covers. But once you put the suit over the boots, they keep you 100% dry.

These are not for walking around in. They do a great job of keeping your boots dry during any kind of rainstorm. It is best to remove them before walking any distance because they will wear out quickly. If you use them this way they will keep you dry.

Tourmaster boot covers
My husband and I just spent a week riding all over TN and NC in the rain. Our shoes stayed dry and clean so the boot covers definitely keep the rain out. My husband has almost worn the through the material that covers the bottom of his shoes so the boot covers are not very durable. Other than that they work great!

I was skeptical when I first saw these boot covers, but they worked as advertised after riding through an hour of downpour. I was wearing skate shoes and the covers worked as well with tennies as they do with boots. But, my bike has knurled racing footpegs and I question how long the elastic strap/toe cover material will last under repeated use. Afforded me adequate traction on oily wet asphalt when stopped.

Rain Boot
I wore the boots for 2 days, and they kept my feet dry. They have an open bottom in the back, so a little moisture did come up from the bottom. I think the open bottom is for durability if you do any walking. The elastic bottom did catch on my highway peg once, and gave me a little concern. I liked the zipper on the side and the way the uppers fit. They were plenty long for me too, I am over 6ft. I would say they were a good value, I won't be getting wet feet in the rain any more.

Bought these as emergency rain protection for a trip to Canada. Was looking for something that could be rolled up into a small package. These fit the bill perfectly. Order the next size up from your actual foot size to allow for the boots. Quality looks OK for occasional emergency use which is all I was looking for. Other reviews have complained the tops slide down and that's true, but since your rain pants go over these anyway it doesn't matter. I haven't had to use them in the rain so I can't comment on how well they work, but they look like they'd do the job. I think it's a good buy for the money.

These Rain Covers worked great. Rode about 800 miles in the driving rain on the last trip and my boots stayed warm and dry. My pegs on my GSA ate through the bottom straps but they still worked OK.

Kept me completely dry in a rainstorm on the interstate. Need to be careful placing your feet on the ground because there is a bit of a wad of material under the toe area due to design, the way it needs to be sewn to keep the cover over the toe end of the cover. I would buy again.

Shortly after purchasing these boot covers I took a trip from Virginia to New Jersey. As soon as rode into Jersey the skies opened up. It was raining so hard that cars were pulling over. I stopped under an overpass and put on my suit and boot covers and kept on riding. The covers kept my boots completely dry. They work great, just remember they go under your rain pants not over. If you're thinking about getting a pair, buy it!!

I did not realize the bottom design of this boot-cover was open but it did work surprisingly well. They are very easy to put on. I'm not sure if long periods of heavy rain could not work its way up and eventually soak a shoe.

The first time I used these I almost dropped my bike at a red light when the fabric on the sole caught my foot peg. Luckily I shook it loose before it was too late. Once I knew to watch out for it it wasn't an issue. Easy on-off, boots stayed dry, price was nice. With the cloth-catching caveat, I would recommend.

O.K. For Casual Use
I wore these rain covers on a recent trip to Alaska and wore them out in a couple of days. They are easy to put on and protect your ankles and feet from the rain. Stopping and starting in gravel soon wore out the front part of the sole which is nylon and soon scuffed open. I duct taped the covers to finish the trip but they were a one time use. A light rubber sole would make these rain covers into a real winner.

Great emergency protection
It started to rain as I started the bike, so I put on my rain gear and my new boot covers. It rained fairly hard for the entire 5 miles - but I was completely dry when I got home, even my shoes. The covers go on easy, and fit tightly around my shoes, but don't interfere with riding.

The fit is great. They look good and sturdy, but of course, since I have received them it has done everything here but rain, so I have no idea how well they keep the rain out. I did wear them in 28 degree weather and they managed to keep the wind out of my boots which made me very happy.

My wife an I had new boots, in Pigon Forge last summer when we got in a thunder cloud, We had wet socks an wet boots our rain suits done good. By the time we got to Cherokee we had to by dry socks. I don’t like wet feet. I know that the boot covers will save our boots and no more wet feet and they don’t get in the way of gear changing or brakes.

They appear to be very durable and made of fairly heavy material that will stand up well. I have not had them very long but love them already. They fit over my hunting boots which I wear some in the colder temps, so they are large enough. I also found that I could ride down to about 24 degrees with my tennis shoes on and was fine. They work great as a foot windbreaker as well as rain wear.

Emergency Use Only
This is the second set of Tour Master Rain Covers I bought. I don't really expect them to last long. They pack nicely in a small space and come in handy when you aren't prepared for the rain. The latest pair has a broken zipper after about three uses. The cheap, plastic zipper is an indication these aren't for serious riding. I'd recommend these if they were priced as emergency rain covers. The current price seems a bit steep for something that doesn't last very long.

Can't really say anything about durability because I've only had them a month. Tourmaster generally makes pretty good stuff, so they are probably about as durable as you can expect a thin-skinned product like this to be.

Great for what it is intended for
These covers are great for keeping my feet dry (and warm) they dry quickly and are very durable. They’re a little bit of a hassle to take on or off but I figure that's the price I’ll pay for wanting to ride in the rain. I don't mind being inconvenienced a little to stay dry. They’re not the prettiest looking things but well worth the price. They tend to fall down my leg and eventually make ankles look like balloons. I fixed this by using a strip of Velcro around each ankle which prevents the upper from sliding down and "ballooning"(they should have built this in).

Great Rain Boot
I found these boot covers to be made of quality material, good construction and best of all, 100% effective at keeping my boots/feet dry. I've used these in torrential down pours and constant soaking rains for hours and they haven't let me down. The convenience of being able to simply slip them on over any of my boots and ride is far better than having to carry a spare set of boots or walking shoes. They roll up nice and neat, and dry out quickly. The open heel design allows for sure footing when at a stop or walking my bike into a parking space, and the covered toes make for a good grip when shifting or breaking. I'm so confident in the design and comfort, I purchased a set for my wife and brother who swear by them too.

Weird fit
So these things fit over my boots and rain pants well, but they keep sliding down while I'm riding. I've used them in rain storms twice over the past month and I have to keep pulling them up at every stop light. I think that I'm going to just invest in a pair of waterproof boots and stop carrying these. I may very well be using them improperly, but I don't know what I should be doing differently. They're constructed nicely and It they would stay put while I'm riding I would have given them a 5 star rating.

Warm and Dry
I bought these for my wife to protect her Bombshell boots. She wore them during 2 light to moderate rain storms with wet conditions lasting a few hours both times. Her boots stayed dry. The non-skid bottoms seem to hold up well although she didn't walk far with them on. They come up high enough to cover or be covered by her rainsuit. Buy these if your boots aren’t waterproof..

Dry Feet for a Change
Riding in cold wet conditions, my feet were warm and dry for the first time ever. They pull up just below the knees, but tend to slide down and bulk up a little after riding awhile. I like the way they store in my saddle bag in a flat compact bag that comes with them. You don't want to walk very far in them; the bottoms under the ball of your feet may not last very long.

I think it's a great product but the zippers are always snagging and are going to fail quickly. You should beef the zippers up and make them a much more durable type that will last and not snag the material

These work ok. Not the best design.Some water did work it's way up inside the bottom side of the rain cover which has an open bottom with elastic that goes under the boot to hold it in place. I am still trying to figure out what makes these "deluxe". Still not a bad buy.

Note: Really like the boot covers. Did not realize from pictures when I purchased that the heal of the boot is open. Great feature! Walking across the parking lot is not a problem. The medium fit great over my size 10 shoes. For scooter riding they're fine. I agree that they are a little baggy in the mid section of these slip over’s. Rubber bands or stretch bands will resolve this. Modifying motorcycle gear, if you’re crafty, can save a lot of negative ratings on gear. Would buy again.

Dry Socks and Warm Feet!
In 19,000+ miles of riding in the last year and a half, I only caught rain twice. But when I did, it was heavy enough to work its way onto my water resistant boots. Squishy, cold socks is what I ended up with. After I received my Tour Master Rain Boots (over boots), I took a 40-mile ride in a downpour in 40-degree weather to test them out. Not a drip; not a drop. Nice warm, dry feet.

Well secured with velcro and snap buttons. “One size fits all.” Good job at keeping out minor rain splash, useless for a pouring downpour. Easily fit in under seat storage. Good portable solution.

Tour Master Rain Boots, good product
Theses rain boots are compact and can be easily tucked away in almost any compartment on the bike. This is the second pair I've owned. My only complaint is the snap broke off of my first pair. The velcro closure made them still usable. Overall, they're a good product for the price.

Great.....so far!
Seattle to southern Oregon and DRY feet in November. Need I say more? They fit great over my Tour Master boots (size 12). I did notice, as reported in other reviews that they try to grab your pegs once in a while. As long as you know that, you should be able to check your feet prior to stops and prevent any mishaps. All in all, I am very happy with them.

Interesting design, expected a full covered boot but it fits well, a little baggy to walk with and while riding I had a little trouble shifting my Honda Magna but it kept my boots and toes dry which is very important, I highly recommend.

Best bang for buck
These are interesting, but will keep your shoes dry. Easy to put on and store. Make sure they are correctly fastened to keep them from snagging. You may want to purchase a large rubber band to keep them super snug around the shifting area.

Exactly what I was looking for!
I have had these for about a month and through about 4 rain storms and I have to say that I am happy with them. The only strange thing is that the very end of my shoes get just slightly damp. It never dampens my socks and that is what counts. As for being slippery, I have not see a problem at all. You always have to be careful when you put your feet down and this is no different. They way they have offset this is that a portion of your sole is still exposed to the ground and this can give you the added traction you need. I am even going to wear these in the Winter to help keep the wind off of my feet and ankles. Now I can wear what ever shoes I want to work.

Good materials, photo description does not show that the bottom is open, with a bike with forward control's such as mine are, there will be a very good chance that water will get inside of the covers and get you wet feet.

For the price, they are convenient and effective. Yes, they require caution to avoid snagging footpegs or levers, but one needs presence of mind when riding in the rain anyway.

Good construction, but lower strap gets tied up on gear lever and brake which can be deadly. Suggest you 'duct tape' the restraining strap to your footwear prior to wearing.

Be careful
This product is well made, but a questionable and possibly dangerous design. The velcro and snaps make the boots easy to wear, but the bottom of the boot is open from the heel to the ball of the foot (not obvious from the picture). This allows road water up into the boot, but more importantly, it tends to cause the edges to snag on foot pegs and controls. The first, and only, time I wore these I almost dropped my bike when my foot caught on the peg at a stop light. I put several large rubber ba
