Nice option in denim.
Very happy with these pants. I'm 5'8” and wear a 32/30. The 32 waist is perfect, but the jeans are cut on the slim side. That's fine with me for riding. If you want baggy, look elsewhere. Inseam is a good 36” or so, so I've got plenty of length for when I'm on the bike, probably a few extra inches in fact. Would be perfect if I were 5'10”. This places the Kevlar a little low when off the bike, but I wear additional knee/shin armor anyway. Dark stone is a little bluer than pictured but still very dark. I'll probably pick up a pair of rinsed as well. I can live with the button fly, but wish it was a zipper.

Rugged Jeans
These are very hearty jeans. I own these and the strong arm and I like these a little better. They fit well, and feel very sturdy. knee and hip coverage feels like they would hold up if I layed my bike down. They flex area in the hips and crotch make these comfortable to wear as well. They are stylish with the leather pieces and stitch work. I highly recommend these pants.

A little overboard for riding jeans
I also own the Shift Lowdown jeans. I'd say these ran a little bit smaller (which is rather odd) both at the waist and inseam. The lowdown jeans also seem a bit baggier. I actually ordered the rinse color first, which looks nothing like any picture I've seen on the net (much more blue in color) and the same can be said for the dark rinse (again much more blue than black). The wrinkles you see in the picture aren't ironed in, but just colored in. These are BUTTON up not zipper up (like the lowdown jeans), which I'm not a huge fan of. These also have leather patches at the top button (worthless and makes it harder to button the pants), at the bottom of the pant legs on the back side (worthless since it won't drag on the ground with shoes on), on the back right pocket (styling only), and at the front right knee (styling only). Also has a little pocket on the inside seam by the left knee (not useful for sport bike riders). My advice, go for the Shift Lowdown Jeans. I only got and kept these so I can have two different riding jeans, and these look slightly better (by color).

Tough, comfortable Jeans
I love these jeans. They're well made and are pretty durable. Fortunately, I haven't had to test how the reinforced areas hold up, but I feel confident they'd do well. My only complaint is that the legs are a little long, and I wind up stepping on the cuffs quite a bit.

Torque Jeans
Good jeans, fit good, but i got a size bigger, just to fill more comfortable riding. While off the bike look nice as well, cant tell the difference between regular once. I got darker color one, in reality they look more blueish then in the pic.

Awesome riding jeans!
Great jeans on and off the bike. Color was exactly as the picture indicated. Ventilated areas are a huge plus! Perfect dry weather, 45 - 85 degree, riding jeans.

Great Product
While fortunately I've not tested them in a crash, I am very pleased with these jeans. They are far more stylish than the other riding jeans I've owned. The fit is spot on and they're very comfortable. I doubt they would offer much protection in a serious crash however. In a low speed slide, they would probably be very beneficial.

Great riding jeans.
I really love these jeans because they do everything you want. They offer a pretty big upgrade in protection from regular jeans with the Kevlar lining. They are easily worth the money because they are made so well (love the idea of the leather-reinforced leg bottoms!). They actually look decent, and can be worn by a 23 year-old without feeling like you look weird. Ventilation, protection, fit, finish, durability, cost, looks, everything is worth it.

A little overated
The jeans are indeed well built, the design is a little to fu-fu for me, only noticeable when up close. The sizing is off. One of the reasons I purchased them was because people stated they are longer, THEY ARE NOT LONGER or LARGER. I am 6'2" 230 and a 36 is too tight and too short.

shift racing -torque jeans
Great looking jeans, fit was good. The Kevlar was thinner then the draggin jeans I ordered from another company. But I like the looks and fit better then with the torque jeans!
