Philippe Mille Monroe,  CT Good pants but limited protection. I returned these pants because for the price, I did not think they offered much protection, if any. They are very comfortable to wear, but with minimal protective armor/padding.

Andy Point Mugu,  CA Nice Pants Pretty comfortable to ride in. Haven't been able to see if they are really durable, but hopefully I don't have to.

MICHAEL COWGER tustin,  CA Alpinestars Street Cargo Pant The Pants fit well and the outside cargo pockets are accessible. The only drawback was I had to send the pants to a tailor and have a 8" zipper placed on the inside of the legs in order to fit over my boots (Alpinestars SM-X plus)

Perry Hayward,  CA Alpinestars - Street Cargo Pants First off, these pants are fairly heavy, especially for having very little protection. The crotch seems larger than it actually is, but they don't seem to ride up too bad and the overall fit is pretty good. All the pockets are deep, but I wouldn't trust the back pockets with anything important. These pants do a great job at keeping you warm and the removable liner is nice for the cold season, but they heat up in the sun, making it somewhat uncomfortable in warmer weather. The price is a bit steep too (2008 model was like $40 cheaper), especially for having only several layers of textile for protection and basic foam kneepads. You can upgrade the knee protection and put the kneepads in the pants instead of on your legs, which is a plus. Not a bad investment for more temperamental climates, and if you have upgraded kneepads or plan on buying some.
