Product Description
Icon ARC Mesh Overpant

The ARC mesh overpant was developed as a warm weather alternative to the ARC textile pants. Unlike the textile the ARC mesh overpant is intended to allow air to flow through the pant legs. It is fully loaded with adjustable and removable CE approved knee armor as well as reinforced Aramid™ and cordura panels.
  • Durable fighter mesh chassis
  • Fully adjustable, removable, CE approved knee armor
  • Cordura reinforced knee panels
  • Aramid™ reinforced hip panels
  • Loose fit pattern

**Note: These pants are sized to fit as overpants. If you wear a size 34 pant, buy a size 34 ARC Mesh Overpant if you intend to wear them over your jeans. If you plan on running commando, buy a size 32.

Dak Sarasota,  FL Good pants for the price I wear theses over work pants or jeans during the week and over basketball shorts during the weekends with no fitment issues at all. One thing I do have issues with is the knee armor staying where I want them to, so I removed them and just bought a set of Icon Field Armor Knee/Shin guards. Other than that, I think these parents are a solid choice for the price range.

philip amelia,  OH Mesh These pants seem like they are put together well and def are not hot when riding in 80 plus weather. They are kind of big and didn’t offer the exact length I needed. But since I usually wear my boots it works out. If you’re going to order these order a size smaller then you need

Barry G San Clemente,  CA Icon - ARC Mesh Overpant Motorcycle Superstore showed again why I like shopping with them, even when the product wasn't completely satisfactory. They were easy to deal with, and extremely fast in acknowledging and handling my return. These pants were far too baggy for me. I have a 36 waist and short inseam. My legs aren't large though and I felt like I was swimming in these. I decided to go with leather chaps instead for weekend cruising.

ben collins woodland hills,  CA Does the job Bought these for my son to wear over his jeans in the spring. He likes the fit, the construction is solid, and the mesh is cool. Should be good all through the summer.

Kyle Bayport,  NY Very Good Works as advertised. One issue is that the lining will extend through the bottom of the pant legs sometimes when riding. Otherwise, quality appears good and fit was perfect.

Dustin Valdosta,  GA ok These are ok... I really don’t like how the bottoms don’t have a strap to tighten around the ankle! With boots or shoes you are going to end up walking on them. Buy a size larger then you pant size!

james crawford Sierra Vista,  AZ Icon overpants These pants are great! Probably the best $115 on gear I've spent so far. I ordered my regular jean size and they fit nicely over my regular pants. They have a removable inside lining that works pretty well in the cold. I've worn them in down to 30 degrees F and felt comfortable. Long enough to go over your boot while riding. Nice padding on the knees and nice side pockets with velcro and zippers.

Mike DeSouza Phoenix,  AZ Cool Pants I ride year round in the Arizona desert and needed some mesh pants to wear over both jeans and shorts. They are a little snug over jeans, but definitely order the same waist size as you wear in jeans. With just shorts, they can be a little warm, as the lining is polyester, and most sport bikes (like my R6) put out a fair amount of heat when its 106 degrees out! They have the excellent quality finish that you would expect from an ICON product. All in all, I'm very happy with the pants and have recommended them to some of the guys that I ride with.

James Norfolk,  VA Okay with some Caveats I've had these for about a month and used them for about 500 miles. My overall opinion of these pants is that they are okay if you can get a proper fit. By that, I mean, they are reasonably comfortable, have good breath ability, offer some protection for your knees, and are well made. My big issue with these pants is that they fit poorly, at least for me. Most owner reviews, have suggested down sizing one size if you intend to use these pants over shorts or underwear. That is good advice as I purchased these for use as outer wear for hot weather riding. These pants have, what I consider, a bizarre fit. They are very long from the waist to the knee so the knee protection is positioned well below the knee when riding. There is some up and down adjustment of the knee armor, but with the armor adjusted as high as possible, it is still too low. Another bizarre thing is the flared pant cuffs. These things look like “bell bottom” pants and the cuffs have a tendency to catch on the moving parts around the foot rest and shifter petal. I use a short bungee cord to gather the pants tightly around the ankle area. That works pretty well, but a Velcro fastener would probably be better. I should also mention, there is no hip protection with these pants. That is not a big problem, but these are the only riding pants I own that don't some protection for the hips. If were asked “would I buy these again”, the answer would be NO. The fit is so poor that I will have to take them to the Taylor for adjustment. If you are long in stature these pants will, probably, fit you just fine. If you are medium or short, you amy have similar problems as mine.
