Good deal
Fit is appropriately snug. I ordered the exact correct size for my waist. Put on over Levi's and they work. My first pair of leather pants, I was surprised by the weight, and they will slide down when you walk if you don't have on jeans underneath that hold them up by friction. Pads in hips and knees seem good. I recommend them.

room for improvement
I don't like the zippers. They are an ugly, dirty gold colored ensemble. You need to make these with aluminum or chrome heavy duty zippers. Also, belt loops would be good. Overall though, I do like my pants.

Good pants
I bought these last year to go with my Cortech Jacket. They were stiff and heavy feeling when I first bought them, but they have since broken in. The waistband does not do a good job of holding these up, but they work fine if zipped into the jacket. They are GREAT for riding in cold whether. I ride so as long as it's above 25 F and these help to keep me plenty warm. They are also fine in warm weather. The only complaint is that they are not very comfortable around the waist when you are in a tuck. So they are better for bikes with a more upright riding position. I like all the products I have bought from this company and would recommend them. Worth more than what you pay for them.

My only complaint with these pants is the knee armor. I was unable to position it comfortably over my knees. So, I removed it and wear a different type (tubed knee armor). Otherwise, I'm very pleased with these pants and would not hesitate to buy again.

Quality at a lower price
I have been researching leather pants for about six months, looking for a trade off between price, protection, and “real-world” usability. I found it in these pants. I wear a 36” waist by 30” inseam, and these fit me perfectly. The armor, stitching, quality of leather, and finish are at a level I would have expected to find in the high end market. I like the addition of the full length side zippers, which makes it easy to get them on and off while on the road, easier than a rain suit. On the down side, wearing a pair of pants underneath would be tight when wearing the hip armor (which is removable) and I would recommend a set of suspenders to hold the pants in place as the pants like to droop when off the bike if you are not wearing a connected coat via the waist zipper (another nice touch). I would not hesitate to buy these again.

Pants provide excellent safety and security. Waistband begins to lose elasticity after a while. Knee pads can be moved up or down to suit rider. For me, replacing ankle snaps became necessary with use. I would buy these pants again. Good value!

Great pants! It shielded the windy and cold weather when
I wore them for a Sunday ride. The inside of the pants have lots of protective gear. I recommend this product.

Not bad
I'll repeat what others have said. The hip armor makes them a bit hard to get over your hips, especially if you're carrying anything even slightly bulky in your pockets. The knee armor tends to sit too high when in the riding position. Of course you could always remove the armor, which very easy to do. The leather is great quality. Thick and heavy. I feel very safe, comparatively speaking. The full length zippers are also fantastic.
Also, they're a bit stiff and that makes it a challenge to g

The pants are well-made. Heavy. I added suspenders to keep them up while walking- the elastic bands are too weak by themselves. Belt loops would be useful. Pulling them on over jeans or shorts is a bit awkward, leaning against the bike may help, you must spread 'em across the ground/dirt/street stepping in, hip armor impedes getting past your hips; shimmy-shake-hop dance helps. Adjustable knee armor pockets could be even lower as riding position causes the butt-to-kneepad distance to pull tight

Leather Pant Review
These pants are some of the best made I have seen. The quality of the leather and stitching is very good. I like the heavy duty zippers and they are easy to get into. The protection offered is also very good. The only problem is that the expandable waist material is soft and I will have velcro belts sewn on each side to adjust the waist once they are on. Other that that, SUPER pants!

These pants are great! I've worn them on every ride I've taken since I bought the pants 3 months ago. The thing that defines their comfort the most is what you wear underneath. Baggy jeans will be very uncomfortable, while jeans that fit or dress slacks will be very comfy. I wore the pants over slacks while I sat and ate lunch for 45 minutes, and they felt fine.

Pants look and feel great.....BUT, they run EXTREMELY small. I had to send the first pair back and just got my replacement set. If you think you wear an XL, order a XXL. Other than that i am very happy with the quality of the leather and the product.
