Decent pants
I'm 6'0", 190lbs and wear 34/34 pants. I ordered L and could barely get them on. I had to send them back and ordered XL, which fit better but still seem snug for XL. They seem like a rugged pant and offer light padding in the knee and hip area. I have worn them in temps ranging from 38-65 degrees and they have been comfortable at all times. I have only ridden in the rain once; it was a very light rain and was less than 20 miles, but they seemed to do a decent job of repelling water.

Amazing pants for what they're worth!
Great comfort and durability. I've used them a couple times already including 4+ hour long trip rides. No issues at all. They look and feel great while keeping you comfortable riding. I would only wish that they were a little longer as they tend to come up from my boots easily while riding or when I put my feet down. If only they added an inside strap to go around your foot to keep them down. Order a bigger size if you can for this minor concern. Otherwise a great buy!

Everything I expected
I really like these pants, knee armor is not bulky, hip armor is great, cost was cheaper than the other Drystar pants. The only difference is a removable liner and side pockets on the other more expensive Drystar pants. Comfortable and would buy again.

Alpinestars Edge Drystar pants
I have been using these every day for 1 month through rain and light snow. I am a size 32 and I strongly suggest going for the large size to leave room for under layer or work clothes as the pants are not as warm as I hoped they would be. Otherwise, they are a great value for the money and safer than a pair of jeans.
