Knee protection area/positioning
These pants are great, the main complaint I would have is that the knee coverage is a bit low even though the pants are not too long. Really it should start where it does, but extend further up the leg (with a bent knee it is about right, though still a bit low). It just wouldn't protect very much except your shins if you were thrown off the bike..However if you stayed with the bike it would help a great deal..

Mod Denim Pants
Very comfortable and good looking pants. Fit perfectly. Sometimes I wear it all day during the work. They should have a button on the rear pockets where I put my wallet.

Best Riding Jeans
This is by far the best pair if riding jeans I have purchased. Fit is great, thinking I should of went a little longer in the leg as they ride up, however, plenty of length standing. Knee pads work well with the velcro. Will buy a second pair in the spring.

Great looking and tough pants!
I wanted something that would protect but that I could go out at night with and not have to change pants. These pants did just that. They are very durable denim and are well put together; they fit true to size so buy what you normally wear in jeans. The armor is well placed for my 5'7" frame (I wear 34x30), sits a little lower than the knee standing up, but when on the bike the armor is right in place. My only small gripe from giving these a perfect review is that the opening at the bottom could be a bit wider to accommodate larger boots, I have a size 8 boot and they only go about 1/2 to 3/4 down the boot. Other than that, highly recommended reinforced jeans with armor for the price! Also Motorcycle-Superstore's free 3 day shipping is hard to beat!

Good pair of riding jeans
I typically wear a 32W32L. This pair seemed to sit very high above the waist, and they are much tighter than a typical 32w jean. I used a waistband stretcher for jeans, and it took care of the problem. These also come with removable pads, which is a plus for the value.

Good Enough
Sort of an odd fit. Maybe a bit short in the inseam for some. Size seems to be correct, at least for me. Had a little trouble getting the knee's where I wanted. Tabs from Velcro on the knee pockets tends to rub a bit. Overall comfortable enough.

Cortech - Mod Denim Pants
Purchased these pants as I felt like I needed some knee protection just in case. They fit well, and the pads can be adjusted to a point where they feel almost right. Have only wore them on maybe 4 occasions, but they seem to be made well and fairly strong. Should hold up pretty well! Would buy again.

Cortech Mod Denim Pants
I purchased these pants to feel more protected especially on the knees. The pants are definitely heavier than regular denim so they should hold up decent. The fit is good when in riding position but as soon as you stand up the knee pads are down flopping around your shins, but you can remove them easily by pulling them out of their pocket and unvelcroing them. I am pleased so far.

Cortech- mod pants fit not so good
The waist size and inseam fit well on these pants. But the knee padding was in the wrong position and without enough adjustment available, they are pretty much useless. The pads are much too low even when adjusted to the highest position. They are also canted to the inside of both knees leaving much of the knee unprotected. If this problem is corrected, these would be excellent pants.

Overall Good Riding Jeans
I bought these jeans as a substitute for my (hotter) riding pants. They definitely are cooler and they look good too. The fit is a bit loose however. I wear a 30x30 in regular jeans which can be a bit snug on the bike so I ordered a 32x30 which was a mistake. They are too baggy and although they are supposed to be longer so they don't ride up the 30 in length will actually come down mid way on my foot without my boots. Finish was great but after one washing (special instructions for washing) one of the rivets fell off of the back pocket. Overall good jeans though. Comfortable, deep pockets, the knee pads are a nice addition.

Cortech - Mod Denim Pants
Great pair of jeans with modern styling. These distressed jeans look great and are functional riding apparel. Leather in key areas and comfortable, adjustable knee protection. Will recommend to anyone who enjoys riding in denim.

More protection than regular jeans
These feel much safer than wearing regular jeans. Unlike other "riding jeans", these actually have knee pads (not just "reinforcement"). They also look great with my black jacket (with these I'm not totally "blacked out" like I would be with textile pants). I'm 6'3", so the fact that these come in a 34" inseam was a big seller for me. They fit great except that the legs could be a bit wider. They're a little tight over my Sidi boots. Also, the knee pads hang a little low when walking around (and are somewhat noticeable), but overall these pants a great balance of style and safety, and I'm happy with my purchase.

Mod Denim Pants
These are my second pair of Cortech pants. They fit well and seem well constructed. One annoyance is that my knees seem to sweat a fair bit behind the armor. All in all a decent compromise between full crash protection and comfort. Sure to be better than regular jeans.

My brother-in-law and I actually ordered this exact same pair of jeans only 2 days apart from each other without realizing it. He rides a sport and I ride a cruiser. He complains that the pads sometimes ride up on him a little while he's on the bike, but the pads stay perfectly in place for me. I guess it's about how you're seated on the bike. We both love how they fit when not on the bike though. Very comfortable pads. Very comfortable jeans. Can’t even tell they have pads in them when wearing them at work.

unassuming comfort and decent protection
They fit perfectly; exactly as sized. They are comfortable right out of the box and they look just like a regular pair of jeans. I use wearable knee protection and it is relatively unnoticeable though the provided protection is fine as well, though you can feel it as it knocks around while walking. I wouldn't ride too fast in these as they are cotton but for excursions to the store (about 90% of my riding) they are perfect. And no cumbersome overpants to shed when you arrive.
