Great Pants

These mesh pants are well made and ventilate well. I had the original Phoenix mesh pants and this version is lighter and better. The sizing for me was just right.

Buy these Joe Rocket Denim Jeans

I wear a 34 waist 32 inseam and ordered a 36 after reading the other reviews. The jeans fit perfect and are nice enough to wear as normal clothes if required. I plan to buy another pair. Thanks so much!

Second pair

Only used for 1000 miles but in AZ from desert to mountains in March comfort was great.

Impressed

Since I spent ages agonizing whether size 34 would fit given the comments on size I thought I would chip in with my two cents. My pair (34) arrived today and they fit perfectly. I would say the waist is true to size but they are definitely a slim fit around the groin. They are similar in fit to my Levis 505 34/32. For reference, I am 5ft 11 1/2 and weigh 166lbs. I hope this helps someone.

Forget the liner

Nice pants! I wear them alone, not as overpants. The cut is slim, so you can easily wear ski pants over them in the winter for a warm, dry and comfortable ride. There is no padding at the coxis but the lower back pad and knee armor are large and protect well. Forget the liner; it will make you sweat in warm weather and it will not keep the water out. My suggestion is to wear thin underpants year round for comfort and wear rain pants on top when expecting rain.

Love the pants (& I'm tall)

I'm 6'-4", 215 and it's always hard to find decent gear. These pants (36) fit me really well and they are comfortable. I bought them along with the Sonic jacket, both have the 360 zipper and they work great together (other than the logos not matching).
