Hot Jacket That Keeps You Cool
I like my jackets pretty tight on my body so I order them a size smaller. I'm 5'8, 170lbs and I got a small. The Medium would have worked well also but I figured the small would stretch out of time and use. The nice part about the jacket is that it's inexpensive and versatile. If it's cold outside you can put the liner on and if it's hot you can take the liner off. I wouldn't ride this in the rain without other protection.

nice buy
Great fit! I'm 5'7 and 135 pounds and the medium is like a glove. I have had it on during 40 deg. nights with the liner in and had no problems. Take the liner out and I did ok on 100+ deg. days till I stopped. The small reflective logo at the neck line is not enough (even less if you have long hair) and the Velcro at the wrists stopped working after a few weeks.
I would like to see more reflective spots and maybe something other than black (I do a lot of night ridding) but still a good product.

Fieldsheer Corsair Jacket
Very comfortable, stylish. Keeps you reasonably warm on cool days. I would suggest warm layers of under clothing to maximize warmth on cold weather.

Corsair Jacket
Overall I like this jacket. It fits well and is comfortable while riding. The jacket weighs more than I thought it would (maybe it the armor) but once I'm on the bike it's not an issue. The best feature is the anatomical fit of the sleeves. They're in a perfect riding position. The removable jacket liner is a nice feature I can use alone or with other jackets. The Velcro on the liner zipper flap is a pain because it sticks to the fleece on the inside of the jacket and does not pull off easily.

Great Buy!!!
I bought the Fieldsheer Corsair to wear while riding my first motorcycle. First off, I am disappointed that I waited so long to get a bike. Anyways, I've only used the jacket a few times, and have received many compliments on the styling, it looks great and doesn't look like a clone of every other textile jacket (I think they all look alike). They do run a little small and I had to exchange for the next size larger. I also read a review here regarding the velcro wrist straps falling off, I do see a potential issue there, but as long as you don't yank on them they should be alright. By the way, if you purchase the Fieldsheer riding jeans, follow the laundry instructions on the tag, hang dry them. I might be purchasing a second pair, hint, hint.

Corsair Jacket
The medium fits perfect for my son: a slim 5'6" 145lb rider with a 37-38" chest. The CE armor is sewn in and does not shift around. The armor is in the elbows, shoulders and back. The jacket has a special strong and breathable exterior material and is very flexible. The jacket comes with a full liner that can be worn as a separate light weight jacket. There are enough zipper openings to allow riding comfortable even during the summer. This is a great jacket! We also have a Joe Rocket Atomic which does not breathe and gets sweaty indoors. I bought the Corsair at a discount at $138...a super bargain! I bought the large size Corsair for me, 5'6" 168lbs, 41 chest.

Fieldsheer Corsair Jacket
This is a terrific jacket. Warm enough with the zip-in liner and a good summer jacket without it. Also, it looks great and that material is both tough and somewhat elastic. Only one small quibble: The inside pocket only exists when the liner is in. It leaves when the liner does. Other than that (and that's a pretty small nit) I'd highly recommend this jacket. Can't vouch for my #5 durability rating as I've not had it long enough yet. But it seems well-built and comes with extra snaps.

Fieldsheer Corsair Jacket
I am very happy with this jacket. Functions well and looks real sharp, gets a lot of comments, and request"can I try your jacket on" The material is very unique, stretch allows for an outstanding fit, and freedom of movement. Downside, no vents, and the neck opening is a bit large, a t-neck helps in colder weather.

Corsair Jacket - a bit tight
The finish and fit of the Corsair Jacket are quite good - as I expected from reading previous reviews. Sizing was a little off - I wear a 44R coat, and based on my reading should have fit in the Large - had to return it and get the extra large. Materials are stout and the armor feels like it might actually do something for you. Cut and style make the armor unobtrusive though not invisible - I can wear it to a jobsite or meeting and not feel like I am in a Super-suit. Should make it clear this is not weatherproof - light rain is ok if you have the liner in and are not riding too long, but it will start to leak at the zipper. If you end up out in a downpour with a long cold ride home, you better have a rain suit with you. Almost exactly what I was looking for in a coat in terms of style and features and all in all a great purchase.

Nice jacket
Bought jacket looking for a breathable hot weather jacket on recommendation for a motorcycle shop. Though the jacket has a nice fit, it is not as breathable as I would like in hot weather. Chilly in cooler weather and when you put the liner in it is not at all breathable so it is too warm. You can't close the neck up as tight as I like. I suppose it's good for colder weather and light rain. I think a perforated leather jacket might have served me better. For what you are getting it is a little expensive.

Fieldsheer - Corsair Jacket
I picked the Fieldsheer Corsair jacket. The options to ride with liner or not is the best. Wind protection, since I now ride a 2008 Z1000 = no fairings, was important. Cool days I use the liner and hot take it out. I've seen a few days over 95 degrees and the air can filter in to keep you cool and you'll forget its summer. I've been caught in the rain a few times and stayed dry. As for the jacket, hang it up and it dries out no problem. The comfort level with the armor is really not noticed. It's there but not in the way or really felt while riding. The arms and waist are adjustable for fit. The material gives with you so it's not restrictive.

Wrist tab rip-off
Within a week of getting the jacket, the wrist tabs came off. Otherwise a good jacket.

Great Jacket Fast Shipping
Only Jacket that fit my boyfriend perfectly. He has wide shoulders but is very skinny. Also shipped VERY fast. Almost too fast because it ruined his birthday surprise. But can't really complain about that.

nice jacket, great fit!
This is a great jacket, simple design and the material is good. I like the way it fits, especially in the torso area where it hugs your body rather than a wide cut. But this design does not restrict your movement since the material is very flexible. The CE approved armor is a must for me since I am very particular with safety. Overall, nice jacket, great fit!

Corsair
I love my jacket. It’s awesome. It looks great on you and has great armor. The liner is well made and keeps you warm but you’d have to wear a neck gaiter to keep the wind out. Buy this jacket if you are looking for a great jacket that doesn’t make you look like a power ranger!

Great Jacket
Great jacket! Nice fit overall. Leaks a little air around the collar if you wear it in winter. Great protection. Recommend it.

I love my jacket!
I was so excited when my FS Corsair jacket came in! It was very solid and heavy and felt like it would offer great protection. I’m 6'2, 200lbs and the XL was a perfect fit for me. The stretchy carboflex is awesome and offers ease of movement. To be honest with you I hated to take it off after my ride!

Great Jacket
Purchased this jacket and the material is VERY solid yet very stretchy as people have already mentioned. I ended up having to return it due to the sleeves just being a tad too short for my liking but it really is a great jacket if it fits you right.

Cool jacket
The jacket stretches so the pads don't dig into your elbows when you bend your arms. The fit is tight so it looks cool as a street jacket as well. I just wore it on a ride in the rain as well and it kept me dry though the pockets got wet. If you wear it to the bar you'll be sure to turn a few heads. I give it my highest rating a 4 out of 5.

Most flexible jacket on the market
From the first time I put this jacket on I was impressed. It is the most comfortable jacket I have ever worn. It moves very well with your body and stretches in every direction imaginable. Very impressed with the airflow on the hot summer days.
