Matt Tully Long Beach,  CA Nice Jacket I have had good luck with Teknic products, and that's why I bought the Chicane leather jacket. It's a great jacket for hot summer days because it's thin and perforated, and also has more than the usual amount of textile fabric....but it still has a quality look and feel to it. Arms are pre-formed and it's a very sharp looking jacket.

Tyler Duluth,  MN Nice Jacket, glad a bought it Overall Nice Jacket, A couple of things I wish were better. 1) Being 6'2' I wish that is was offered in a tall size. It comes to just above my belt line, it’s long enough but just barely. I love the belt loop connector, that makes things a lot better 2) I like the protection that the padding provides and I wear it all for long rides, but for everyday riding, the shoulder pads make me look like I can play football in the thing, so I take those out for normal riding. 3) In the description, it said that there was a removable insulated vest inside, there isn't. And the mesh lining gets bunched up in the arms while putting it on, no biggie. This is a great warm weather jacket, but with all the ventilation holes, it doesn't work the greatest under 65 degrees. Other than those small grievances I love this jacket, and recommend it to shorter people.

Dave Germantown,  WI I can't wait to try it out... I just need to get back into fighting shape first The Jacket quality seems good and it seems as though it will breathe well for those warm days and still protect. If you are built like a NFL wide receiver this jacket will probably fit you very well. I am a big boy (6’4”- 250lbs) so I got the largest size (54) and it fits OK in the shoulders, but I have a bit of a gut (not huge, mind you) and there is no breathing room when it is zipped up. The manufacturer needs to be a bit more realistic in the proportions of these jackets.

kelly p richmond,  VA Now I feel safe! Great Jacket.......... I’ve been searching for a new leather jacket and I picked this one without having the luxury of trying one on in person. I’m 6'3, 190 and the size 44 fits perfect. Well it fits to my waist. I’d like it an inch longer but being taller and thinner I AM VERY happy with the fit. The KNOX armor makes me feel very protected. The perforated leather is comfortable in the heat. If I get leather pants the 360 zipper will come in handy for track days. It’s kind of stiff, (not unpleasant) but hey, it’s a new leather jacket. A few more hot days will work that out. I’m a very happy customer, probably for life! Thanks M-S

Tom Foolery Atlanta,  GA 2007 Chicane Leather Jacket 2006 model identical. Great alternative to mesh jackets, nearly as much airflow as mesh but with the abrasion resistance of leather (though side panels are synthetics). Good armor coverage for elbows, shoulders, and spine. Best in mid-70s to mid-80s temperature range, but reasonably comfortable down to mid-60s and up to high-90s. Fit is snug but not too tight, overall quality is excellent. Am seriously thinking about buying a back-up.
