Pros - Pockets seem durable, sleeve zips are perfect, armor is comfortable and doesn't slip about, leather looks and feel wonderful, zipper pulls work with gloves and/or cold hands, looks great
Cons - cost, the neck velcro can get in the way if you choose to wear it with a thick underlayer.
Overall - great pick, I would recommend it to anyone.
