John Talbert Dumfries,  VA Sprint Jacket Review This jacket is a pretty good buy, It has some great features but it is a bit on the heavy side. I've ridden in the mid to upper fifties without the liner and have been comfortable. I'm waiting for some mid to low 40's to see how good it really is. I like the fact that you can take off the outer cordura layer 7 stow it in the included backpack, this is perfect for those days when it's cold in the morning and warm in the afternoon. Overall I'm satisfied with it and would recommend it.

Rick Albuquerque,  NM I'm all for multi-purpose Reviewed this coat a couple weeks back and read the other reviews afterward. Didn't realize that the front vent was actually a zipper for the mesh summer coat and the collar zips off. This coat has 3 layers which is great because its 40 in the morning to work and 80 in the evening coming home.

Rick Albuquerque,  NM Great coat Bought this to replace a jacket that was way too big. I'm 5'10” and 200lbs and the size 44 fits perfect. Neck piece zips on and off, vents in the front zip open for circulation, and comes with a backpack that just clips onto the jacket. I would like some more 3M reflective piping for visibility. Just started wearing quilted liner because mornings are in the 40's and torso is nice and toasty. Got stuck in a typical NM thundershower and jacket proved to be waterproof.

Harry Kinsman Ulster,  PA Teknic Sprint Jacket Review My wife bought this coat for me. We looked at reviews before picking the size and are glad we did. The coats run a bit large so I ordered a 42 when I would normally wear a 46-48. I really like the coat! It is impressive on its many stages of wear. Now that the weather is still warm I only wear the under coat that breaths. On cooler evenings I add the outer coatliner and that blocks all the cool air. I haven't had to use the inner liner yet. I am impressed with the craftsmanship in this coat! I am planning on purchasing a similar coat for my wife. I am 100% satisfied with this purchase. The coat easily dissembles and reassembles with zippers. The many pockets, snaps and tightening points make it fit very well. I was amazed at how the inner vest for warmth tucks into itself and becomes a fanny pack that doubles as a lumbar support. Beautiful Coat!

Don Spokane,  WA Teknic - Sprint Jacket I was amazed by the designed-in flexibility of this jacket! With the removable liner, zip apart main shell and mesh body, this jacket is a marvel of modern engineering. I may need help when it comes time to put it all back together when the weather begins to cool down! Lots of options, lots of zippers! Size runs a little large, but with the waist cinch straps/Velcro, it fits well and will allow another layer or two when needed. Only complaint is that the main zipper closure is installed backwards... that is, the zipper tang inserts from the right side, placing the zipper pull on the left - totally opposite from all other jackets I own. Works well though, so I can learn to live with it. The quality of materials and stitching appear to be first class, but having only owned it for a few weeks, can't testify as to the overall wear factors. Time will tell. An excellent buy, in my opinion.

Heath Seattle,  WA superb I love this jacket. I would fit in a 40 better than the 42 but I'm going to take it in at the waist belt and possibly at the armpits. I wish the back pack clips were slightly larger to accommodate two anchor rings when I want the back pack to fit more snugly. Other than those two minor quibbles, this is the greatest jacket ever. The interior pocket just inside the exterior zipper is big. The mesh is light and cool. The liner is warm and soft. The shell is tightly seamed and convenient to shed.

David Chicago,  ID Teknic Sprint Jacket Very nice jacket but the shoulder pads at least on my body are positioned on my back. It's kind of amusing. I can't take a smaller size because the rest fits just right. The problem is that the pads are loosely held by the liner. I am returning the jacket.

Dave Norwalk,  British Co Teknic Sprint Jacket This is a great quality jacket with too many features to list. The sizes run big. Order AT LEAST one size smaller than you normally would. I'm 5' 11", 190 lbs and the size 42 fits me.

Sid Goshen,  NC Sprint Jacket I rated this jacket only 4 stars to leave room at the top for more expensive jackets. I like this jacket a lot. I took a multi day trip with my Sprint jacket in early Nov. Hit some rain, some riding in the 40's, some warmer temps- took the lining out. Have ridden most of the day in rain and did not get wet. My bike does have a fairing but still get hit with plenty of rain. I like the 2/3 length being 5'8". Plenty long but not as much as a 3/4 coat.
