An excellent value for a light-duty jacket
This jacket was purchased at a discounted price. As a combination of unique styling and great value, this jacket is hard to beat for these riders in need of a fair-weather/short-haul jacket. The zipper appears to offer appropriate strength and function for the jacket's intended use, but I can see why some buyers here wished Shift had installed a beefier one. Overall, highly recommended for fit, finish and style.

good for a first timer...
i bought this jacket as my first motorcycle jacket and ride daily rain or shine and so far its been rain and this jacket seems to be water proof because when noreaster or what its called got us, this was keeping me dry, Now tell me thats not saying something about a good deal,

cheap cheap
Bought this on sale for $69.99. From the pictures on the website, I thought this was a smashing deal. When I got the jacket, the material was cheap feeling (very rough) the liner is mediocre and the ZIPPER is terrible! So hard to zip it up. I also wish the armor was sturdier, its just foam, no plastic. IT didnt even look as good as it does in the picture. But you get what you pay for...

Awesome except the zipper
This is my 3rd Shift Racing product purchase and I'm 3 for 3 with zipper issues. The style and overall quality of their products is great . . . I just wish they'd stop using crappy zippers. This jacket is awesome especially for the price.

Great Jacket

Nice jacket, but...
The jacket is very nice looking, it seems to run a little on the small side, but still fine. It's quality, except for the zipper. It has a super cheap zipper, which is too bad to put a cheapy little zipper on such a nice jacket.

Bought this jacket on a firm budget. When it arrived the fit was great. Really good jacket. If you keep looking at this jacket just buy it already. Cons: Only one inside pocket. Wish there were more.

i bought this as my first jacket and it is everything you would ever want and/or need. comfortable, fits well, pretty wind and water proof. pockets are all layed out very well. only thing as others have said is the not so heavy duty zipper thats my only gripe. not horrible but not great. overall extremely happy

Lookin sharp
Good looking textile jacket. Zippers are definitely an issue though. Hard to do up, feel pretty cheap. Could use a better back pad as well. Overall fit was good, no complaints with the elbow/shoulder armor. Venting is good.

Shift Revolver Jacket
I have always loved Shift products and with my wife purchasing this revolver jacket my respect for Shift continues. The cost benefit ratio of this jacket is amazing. If you are thinking about purchasing this jacket stop thinking and just buy it already...you will not be disappointed!

This jacket looks cool but I thought the zipper was kinda weak. I thought I was going to rip it off every time I went to zip it up. If you wear long sleeves or switch out the liner for a full length one, you can ride comfortably in the 50's. Cool looking jacket. I sent it back because I got a size too big. I Think I’m going to buy the street fighter shift jacket just because I don't wanna feel like I’m going to break the zipper off when I go to use it.
