Great jacket

Great multi-purpose jacket. I've ridden in it from 85 to 30 degrees f. Luckily have not had to test durability in a crash. Waterproof and easily convertible. If you're a little warm, open the vents. If you're a lot warm, remove the panels. Only improvement I can think of is zipper cuff size reducers instead of Velcro straps. Of course, it could always be cheaper. Still a good value since it's at least 2 jackets in one.

All Round Jacket, little draw back in fitting

This is a very versatile jacket; comes with zip off sleeves, body panels which turns the jacket into a complete mesh jacket and a waterproof inner layer. It's a nice and flexible in the mesh jacket mode. It's still flexible when you zip up all the sleeves and panels but the buckle on the sleeves at the elbow area kind of prevents you from folding your arms. You can pretty much only wear a short sleeved T-Shirt under the jacket.

You Are Getting Three Jackets for the Price ...

You are getting three jackets in one! You get one jacket when everything is zipped together. You get a second jacket when you unzip the sleeves below the elbows; leaving mesh in their place. You get the third and final jacket when you unzip most of the remaining jacket, leaving mesh where you took off the leather and leaving leather covering your shoulders and upper torso. I have been riding this jacked in the third configuration as noted above in 95 plus degree weather and I feel great. It is awesome! Some other riders tell me I look “so hot “while wearing the jacket in such extreme heat. I assure them I am absolutely comfortable not know where near hot at all; they just cannot believe it. All the safety and adjustable comfort too; three jackets in one. And yes, lots of adjustments, armor, etc. Well worth the money! I liked this jack so much, I turned around and bought the pants too and they are also great.

3 Day ride

I purchased this jacket for a three day driving course. The first day it was cool and the jacket kept me warm. The second day it was raining hard and I stayed dry by inserting my waterproof lining. The Final day of my course it got hot and sticky. I brought the jacket done to the mesh and I had all the protection and stayed cool. The jacket works great. The only thing that I would change to make the jacket even better would be to add more pockets and it would be nice to have the back protect sit a little higher. Great jacket for a great deal

Great Jacket

This is an excellent jacket, last summer i bought this and had it for about a month, then the unthinkable happened, I downed my Honda CBR600rr when I took a corner going pretty good but there was gravel on it everywhere that I couldn't see until too late!! i slid for about 25-30 yards on my stomach on the pavement/gravel after going speeds around 50 when i lost it. I got up, and the ground had tore a little piece out of the mesh covering around the belly button, other than that my jacket was in perfect shape. I would recommend this to anyone and also am buying another one

Very impressed with this jacket

I bought this jacket, knowing that I live in a location that I see anything from extreme rains and winds in the winter to 100+ heatwaves in the summer. Within that, each day tends to have horrible temperature swings from morning to noon to night. Removing the exterior armor on the arms and chest/back keeps me as cool as possible on those hot days, yet I still feel safe with the snug fit CE approved elbow pads and back pad. On those cold summer nights, I occasionally use the outer layers for warmth. I finally had the chance to use it in the rain and unfortunately I had to use the inner rain liner to keep my laptop and backpack dry, but it DID do the job in keeping my bag dry. I find this jacket to be well worth the money and I am extremely happy I bought it. My only complaint is that I bought a medium size and the chest feels slightly tight, but nothing too bad. I am 6ft even, approximately 160 lbs with an average build and the medium size works for me. I wanted it slightly tight, but I did try on a large at a local store and it felt too lose. Buy this jacket and you wont be disappointed.

Awesome Jacket

I am a first time biker, so I went all out. It paid off, this jacket rocks!! I have yet to ride in the rain, hopefully I won't have to. Great features, lot of pockets great fit and it looks great. I also hope that I will not have to test out the body armor, but it seems rugged and will do the job when needed. Worth EVERY PENNY

Good jacket

I am 6-0 and 180 lbs. I purchased a "large." This jacket fits well and is comfortable. I had to have the velcro strip on the cuffs re-stitched, as they pulled apart from the jacket after only a couple of weeks. Aside from that, the quality is good and worth the money.
