Excellent Jacket/Great Value
I've been riding with this jacket for about a month now, and I have nothing to complain about. I bought it for some added protection and to keep warm since it is starting to cool off outside. This jacket is extremely warm on colder days, yet not too hot on warmer days. It is completely windproof, and very secure feeling. It is very adjustable in the waist, forearms, and upper arm areas, and fits very nice. The armor in the shoulders, elbows, and back is very nice. It adds a very nice feeling of safety when riding. Overall, this jacket is excellent, especially for the money. Also, a very sporty look to compliment any street bike.

Very Nice!
I ordered this jacket in my regular size rather than ordering up a size as recommended by many. The jacket fits great - snug, but a perfect sport fit that won't allow air to get inside and flop around. If you prefer a roomier fit, then size up one. I do believe that going up a size would probably fit me as well; just a different kind of fit and I prefer it snug. The jacket is very comfortable and the sleeves have multiple adjustments the length of the arms so that this jacket can be made to fit like a glove. The colors and design ensure that reflective material is placed in just the right spots to help motorists see you better. I started receiving compliments the first time out with it. Motorcycle Superstore's service from ordering to shipping was flawless and prompt. I look forward to conducting future business with this store.

Congo Sport Jacket
I'm 6'1" and 185 lbs athletic build, ordered an XL and fits perfectly. Warm in the cold when zipped up, cool when liner out and zippers open. Great jacket for the price, armor is a bonus.

First Bike Jacket
It fits snug and a friend of mine told me that's what I needed, which is a snug fit. So being my first cycle jacket I think its good and I feel protected with it on. My suggestion would be to try one on a store nearby for fit testing, so when you order online you have a better idea of what you need.

Congo Sport Jacket
This jacket fits great, I was a little hesitant in ordering a size up; I am 5'11", weigh 220 and have a size 48 chest and ride sport street. When I read the reviews there was a dispute on whether to order a size up...... well I went with the next size up from my normal (XL to 2XL). That was the best choice. It fits great with liner in and wearing a sweatshirt. Great vents and pocket location, not to forget great style. The only thing is that on some of the stitching seams there are black spots in the yellow, very minor as they are very little areas. Also very important to me was the delivery to Canada and shipped to my door at the predicted date. Thanks Motorcycle Superstore; will order from you again.

Great Jacket
So far so good, this is a great Jacket. Easy liner to take out on warm days and put back in for the cool night rides. Great features, even an inside pocket that fits my iPhone perfect! Only had it out a few time so unsure with the durability but overall great jacket for the price. And Motorcycle Superstore....you have a customer for LIFE!

Fieldsheer Congo Sport Jacket
This is my first official motorcycle jacket, and I think it's great! It has an easily removable liner, which should come in handy when it gets closer to winter. The vents are easy to open, and stay closed when shut. I've ridden in sunny 80's and in the rain, and the jacket performed well. The pockets are well located, and easy to access with gloves on, which is great when going through toll booths. My younger brother just got the same jacket too. All in all it's a great deal, and a great jacket. Some suggested you buy a size bigger, I'm not sure as that's accurate though.

Great Jacket, but
I got this jacket about a month ago and was wondering about the sizing, I'm 5'9 & 165 lbs and the Large is a perfect fit. Even though I removed the zip out lining, it gets really hot when you are stopped, especially the arms. The only zippered vents are on the back, they could have used a few in the arms and chest. But when you are riding the jacket is fine, but I would not wear it when the temperature is 75+. Looking forward the cooler season when I can use the liner to see how it is.

Good choice
Stylish and strong without being too loud. No complaints. I bought my normal suit size 47 which came out to the 2XL. Initially the fit was a bit tight with the liner. I took out the removable liner and the fit was much more relaxed. The jacket still had enough pockets even without the liner. For a guy with larger chest, shoulders and arms the fit is good and can be snugged at the waist. Because my arm length is a tad short, I was torn between ordering the XL and 2XL. I am glad I went with the 2XL. Feels good even in hot weather and fits great ridding a sport bike. Works well with a backpack and gloves. Great features and quality. I'll buck-up with the liner when the temp starts to drop in the fall.

First Jacket
The perfect match of functionality and design. Great feeling being waterproof. The inner pockets are very useful but the outer pockets aren't deep enough for my liking. Vents work fine at speed otherwise it can get slightly toasty. As one reviewer mentioned, the Velcro straps at the wrist are a bit annoying especially when trying to put my gloves on (which also have Velcro straps). Armor fits well on all areas. Good adjustments around the waist and arms.

Excellent jacket
Excellent jacket, with superb workmanship and materials. Protection and armor feels quite adequate as well.
I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for great functionality and quality, yet a product that fits any budget... Just have to watch the sizing. To me it felt just about one size smaller. I generally wear everything in XL, this one had to be replaced for XXL. Strangely enough this seems to be happening only to the 2009 models. I have tried some 2008 FS jackets in XL and they felt roomy enough. Otherwise excellent products!!!

Nice Jacket
I've only worn it once (for a semi -warm winter day) but so far I'm very pleased. I followed some of the other reviewers advice and bought mine a size larger than I usually wear. For me, this was a mistake and I ended up exchanging it for my "normal" size. Yes, bigger provides a more "relaxed" fit, but it also doesn't position the armor correctly, especially in the shoulders. This jacket is nicely proportioned, so a "snugger" fit isn't uncomfortable and the armor winds up closer to where it needs to be (and will be less likely to move around in the event it's needed).

Great Jacket.
This jacket offers a lot of perks. It is very comfortable to wear, both with the liner and without. The liner does offer a lot of warmth during the chillier nights. I have great visibility during those night rides. And the protection it offers is outstanding with the padding it has. Plus there is a lot of storage space for any odds and ends that you may carry. Great deal!!

Excellent jacket, but get the next bigger size.
The Fieldsheer jacket provides an excellent combination of protection, visibility, flexibility, weight, and value. But, consider getting the next bigger size if you're a casual rider. I'm 5' 10" 160 lbs, and usually wear a size 40 sports coat. So, I originally purchased my Fieldsheer in a medium (size). When I received it, it was a little to snug for my taste as I prefer comfort over a tight fit. So, I returned it and ordered a large. The large is perfect for me as it provides room to wear more than a tee shirt under the coat. I ride 80% street and 20% dirt so my riding is more casual than competitive. If you are riding competitive then you might want to get the medium. Anyway, it's really a very nice jacket and I would highly recommend it. It provides a great combination of protection, visibility, flexibility, weight, and value. I hope this review helps you!
