carl Brownwood,  TX I really like this jacket I bought this jacket because I needed a light weight jacket so I could ride in the Texas heat. It has been well over 100 degrees this summer and this jacket has been a life saver. It comes with a removable liner that is pretty easy to remove. That comes in handy when it becomes a little cooler. So far durability is good. I am rough on my things and after a few months it is holding up well. Plenty of pockets and a stylish look make it a real good buy for the price. I highly recommend this jacket.

Kent Colfax,  CA Joe Rocket - Phoenix 5.0 Jacket Very nice product, fit is excellent. Mesh jacket is perfect for these 85-100 deg days. Pocket locations are too far to the rear and with such small zipper pulls it is a little awkward to access the pockets especially with gloves on. I'm adding a small cord to the pulls. Inner pocket should be a zipper rather than Velcro; it also is awkward to un-glove and reach inside with both hands to separate the Velcro flap.

Chris L Lakewood,  CO Ok jacket. I bought the large jacket first, but it was too big. The medium was a better fit for me. I am sometimes in between the two sizes. The jacket is nice and cool in the summer time. I haven't really used it in the rain, but the liner blocks the wind pretty well. When it is cooler I do notice air blowing inside a little. Two things I don't like about the jacket are: 1.The shoulder pads are too far back and not adjustable. I don't think I could rely on them in a crash; 2.When the jacket is zipped all the way up, the front of it pushes against my neck giving me a slight choking feeling. Other than these two items, I am happy with it.

Elias Silver Spring,  MD It's Great for the Summer Heat, Excellent Protection This product is excellent. I wear in in the summer heat over 90F and it feels cool as the breeze goes through the mesh. I have not wore it in the winter, but it has a liner for the winter months which i am planning on wearing it until November. I fits nice, and it gives you that feeling of protection due to the padding on the back, elbows and shoulders. recommended for the summer, it's a great jacket but for the bone chilling cold you may want to put a sweater underneath it, but i think with the windproof liner it will still keep you warm.

Gary La Crescenta,  CA Total comfort in the heat The jacket fits great and the air goes right through. I haven't bothered with the liner and probably won't. I've got a jacket for cooler temps. I love the fit and style and the added protection really makes me feel better about commuting daily. I'd definitely buy another.

Gary Louisville,  KY Joe Rocket Phoenix 5.0 Jacket First time rider, so I’ve been reading what others had to say about this jacket. I bought it on 29 JUL 08 and so far I LOVE IT! The airflow is great in our hot, humid days here and the red color scheme looks great with my red 08 Ninja 650r. I bought a large even though a medium fit me more snugly. I figured when the cooler season comes in I would have the extra room for a sweater/Hoody along with the liner that comes with the jacket. I would recommend this jacked to anyone who asked me.
