  • Top grain, grade A Aniline drum-dyed Leather construction (1.2-1.3mm).
  • Stitched with high strength 6 ply bonded nylon thread.
  • Removable insulated liner, with zip-off sleeves, features 100gm Poly Fill insulation in the body and 50gm in the removable sleeves.
  • Removable, CE approved elbow, shoulder and back armor.
  • External foam padded shoulders for additional protection.
  • YKK zippered chest, sleeve and rear exit vents provide flow- through ventilation.
  • Chest vents also double as pockets.
  • Two hand pockets feature a mesh liner, and double as vents.

Charlie Boulder,  CO Good value Very good value for the money, the armor seems very substantial, and it kept me from getting any bruises during a recent nasty spill on a dirt bike. I rated the durability as average since the main zipper pull broke soon after purchase. Others have also reported this problem. Easy to work around by threading in a cord type zipper pull, would have rated durability as a 4 if this hadn't happened.

Matt R. Portland,  OR Great value and style I really like this jacket- it fits well; it looks great, and feels very protective. There are two shortcomings that I have found in using for the past few weeks- the zipper handle to the main front zipper broke within a few days. Maybe it was an exception, but I had to replace the zipper head. Secondly, as others have pointed out, the neck is prone to let in a lot of air. It depends on how you ride- on my VFR I am okay if I am slightly bent over, but straight-up cruisers may get a bit drafty...

Jon daly city,  CA Great Jacket! I love the dull finish of the leather and it's nice and heavy. The fit is a bit small. I'm normally between an XL and a XXL so I decided to go with the bigger since I heard that these jackets fit small and boy was that right. The arms are a bit too roomy and long as well. If I let the arms hang normally the elbow pads fall below my elbows so I have to bunch up the arms so that the pads are in the correct position. No biggies since my arms are normally bent while riding anyway. The zipper slider also broke within the first week but Motorcycle Superstore sent the replacement quickly after they received the damaged one. So far the new one has held up well. I'd definitely buy this again.

Ryan Boston,  MA Coaster II Leather Jacket Shipping was as expected for ground, arrived on time. Jacket was a bit stiff, but with some leather lotion and a few rides has broken in really nicely. I highly recommend this product to others looking for a durable, well built alternative to $350+ leather jackets. Tourmaster makes excellent products.

Chas Moscow,  PA Really like the jacket This is a nice jacket and good price. Looks great. Fit is excellent - I'm 6'2” 235 lbs with athletic build and the jacket fits good all over. Buy a bigger size. I bought the flat black with gloss black trim. I've worn this jacket in 80+ degrees and was very comfortable with the vents open and the liner removed. Cooler nights required the liner at highway speeds - some air does get through the closed zippers. The collar is low and doesn't flap in the wind but your neck can get cold. I'd buy this jacket again. It's a good product and a good deal.
