Damond Charlottesville,  VA Teknic Supervent Pro Mesh Jacket Great jacket and great price. Fit and finish is superb, along with top notch protective features. Only drawback is the venting/airflow and arms adjusters. The jacket does not vent as well as Icon Timax Mesh. The cordura panels on the sleeve sit in front of the arms, thus the arms do not get air and makes you feel hot. The mesh panels are under the arms which limits airflow. The adjusting tabs have a weird loop back and snap, which cuts of circulation in your arms if you have athletic arms. The jacket certainly looks 100% better than the current Icon Timax though, and the drawbacks are only if you ride in slow congested city traffic.

Virgil Thomasville,  GA Well Made and Comfortable This jacket is a mesh with external armor. First the good points. The jacket fits well in the cut, and is very adjustable to ensure the armor is in the right places. The jacket includes the zipper to attach to pants, and wrist and waist adjustments to seal out wind. The neck lining is comfortable and tight. A couple of things to consider before buying it. I wear a large shirt, and usually an extra large jacket. I bough the extra large based on the chart provided by the manufacturer. I should have bought a 2XL. Don't go a size higher than your shirt, go a size higher than a comfortable jacket! The next thing to know is that there is less ventilation than some other mesh jackets. This is a tight mesh, and you need to be moving at 35 mph or better to feel ventilated. You don't want to have this zipped up in start and start traffic; you will roast. However, offsetting this is the fact that the zipper is easy to find and pull, with gloves on, without looking down at the jacket. Here in South Georgia/North Florida, when I stop I pull down the zipper on the jacket and push up the face shield on my helmet. All in all a great jacket that looks and wears well, with good armor, you just might want to consider better ventilation is really hot climates.

Erik Grand Ledge,  MI Awesome!!! Excellent warm weather jacket, wear a t-shirt, feel the air flow through and have the protective armor all at the same time. Style...well you’ll just want to see how cool you look in all the windows you drive by.

Cameron Scottsbluff,  NE Good jacket but... This thing is paper thin. I honestly think my Carhart hooded sweatshirt is heavier than this thing. I measured my self and figured this jacket would fit me perfectly, but it ran a little small. But I like how arm-straps keep the armor in place and make me confident in the jacket in that aspect. But I think it wouldn’t be too great sliding across the freeway in. But other than that it’s a great jacket but there are better ones out there for the price...

Matt Gainesville,  FL Neat looking jacket but somewhat flimsy Purchased this since I really like Teknic's gear (have a chicane leather jacket) and really like the look of this one. When I got it though the material seemed quite thin/weak compared to my Cortech GXair and Joe Rocket Reactor jacket. Its nice but I think you can find better options in the same prince range.
