Tour Master - Saber Series 2 Jacket
First jacket. Only trouble is the 2-way zipper, I have difficulty getting it started. Good array of storage, ventilates well on warmer days. Very wind resistant on cold days.

Tour Master - Saber Series 2 Jacket
I am very pleased with the purchase of this jacket. I'm 6ft. 190lbs. and the large fits well. Initially, I thought it was a little snug, but that was with the liner in and a sweat shirt, so I know I have the right size. I have been out riding in 40 degree weather with no problems and was very warm and could easily handle colder temps, long term rides not tested, but should be fine. I have a motorized fairing on my bike and in the down position still no cold issues. Haven't tested in a down pour, but only in light rain. No problem and suspect it will not be problem in heavy rain either. Venting is really good. Overall I'm very pleased with this Jacket.

Great Jacket
I have 10,000 miles in 11 months on my Super Sport Tourer with this jacket. I ride year round. With the liner and a thin fleece underneath is all that's needed for staying warm riding in 27 degrees. When the weather warms up, take the liner out open the vents and stay cool while you’re moving. You get warm when stopped though, but I can live with that. The jacket is waterproof also, riding several hours in the pouring rain, stayed completely dry. Plenty of pockets, inside and out. The sleeves are starting to fray at the glove line, other than that I have no complaints. I'm 6' 3" 180 lbs and wear an XL. My wife is 5' 3" 125 lbs and wears a SM. We both love this jacket and would highly recommend it.

Looks and fits great out of the box. Warm and dry on those cold/wet days. A little warm above 75, even with all the vents zippers open. Durability is my main gripe. Quality of the outer fabric is poor. The jacket is used for daily commuting and occasional day rides only, but lower sleeves are fraying and showing wear after just a few months. My previous jacket lasted 10 years! Would not buy this model again.

BEST VALUE EVER !!
I live in Chicago and March/April mornings can be wayyy too cold to ride. I got this jacked and tried it on a few days later. I went to work in 45 degree weather and it kept me warm and comfortable.... I didn’t feel the least bit chilly. I’m on a cruiser now and the Double front zipper is a plus, it makes room for your legs.

My reflection on the Tour master saber 2 Jacket
This is a very good jacket, I have used it in near 30F with no problems, and I would recommend this jacket to anybody looking for a good all weather jacket.

Size Matters
I think the Tourmaster fits truer to size than the Fieldsheer, which is what I was originally trying to get, so the jacket I have is a bit too large. I kept it since I really needed the warmth, and though large enough for a relatively loose fit, it was not way too big. I probably should give it all 5's since it's my own fault I got too large a jacket. It is sufficiently warm (I've ridden into the 30's F) and the one time I got caught in light sprinkles, it seemed dry enough. I would still try to put on a rain suit if heading into a downpour; too many ways to get water down your neck.

Great jacket
I've had the Sabre 2 jacket for 5 months. It made no sense having to carry rain gear in addition to riding gear if both are available in one item, so I tried this version of Tourmaster. I have 2 whines: the Velcro is sometimes maddening as it grabs at every opportunity; and the shoulder/arm/hip padding is pretty wimpy compared to Rally Pro2. But I stay dry without having to add a waterproof liner, costs a bunch less and, all things considered, it has turned out to be a good choice.

Great Winter Jacket
I have worn this jacket for a couple months in temperatures to the low 30s at speeds up to 70 mph and it has kept me warm. The zipper vents work well in getting air flow through later in the day when temperatures get warmer. I haven't worn it in temperatures above the mid 50s yet, but feel I will need a mesh jacket for summer anyway. Stayed dry in light rain but have yet to wear it in a soaker. Overall I have been quite pleased with the jacket since I bought it to extend my riding season and it has met all expectations and at a great sales price to boot.

T/M Saber Series 2 Jacket
As with the boots that came with this order I was surprised with the quality, features, fit and price. Well padded, easy to be put on and the vents were easy to operate with gloves on, and seem to vent very well. Maybe even too well when wide open.
