Heavy Duty Jacket
Having worn leather for years, this is my first textile jacket and I really like it. When fully assembled it is a heavy jacket. I'm 6'0", 178lbs, and found the 'Large/44' fit perfect, particularly in the sleeve length (yes, I ride a hot rod and not a cruiser). The velcro outer flap over the front zipper has turned out to be a great feature for adjusting air flow. It's a warmer jacket riding at 35 degrees than leather. Two complaints: there is a little metal zipper handle on each sleeve cuff that has a tendency to clang on the tank when your hand get near it, and the side pocket's high location makes them a little hard to get into. Beyond that I'm very happy with the choice, fit, price, and internet purchase. I expect to get years of wear from it.

Tour Master Jacket
I had been holding out for leathers, but after a minor spill this summer, I figured I should get some real riding gear.
I bought the Tour Master jacket and pants. If I had known the nylon gear was as comfortable and weather forgiving as it is I would have bought long ago.
The jacket is great for warm or cool days. I comes in 3 layers, a primary net layer with pads for the not summer days and warm mornings. An outer shell which is said to be water proof, have not tested yet. This layer is great for the cool mornings (down to 38 degF so far) unzip the shoulder vents and good to 85 degF if moving around 40mph. Have not had to try out the inside insulating liner yet.
Sizing was on the money based on my measurements and their fitting chart. I would recommend this gear to anyone looking for motorcycle gear and understand the need for protection but still looking for comfort.

Tour Master Flex 2
Pros: Over all, great jacket for the money. Lots of pockets, 3 in one style (liner, mesh, shell) Built like it will last a long while. Nice armor. Long cut to fully cover waist, even leaning forward riding sport. Cons: Heavy when all layers are used. Can't wear the shell alone. Needs a mid-pocket on the shell, left of main zipper for small items (mp3, money, ect.) It has a pocket like this but, it's inside the zipper. Makes it hard to get at.

Tour Master flex series 2 jacket
For those of you that live in the mountains or ride year round, this is the ONE jacket you need. The shell for the wet days, the liner inside for cool days and the mesh jacket for the summer days. I have used all three parts parts of the jacket and was very happy. I was concerned about the zipper things I was hearing about, but when I receive the jacket in the mail, I found a set of extra zippers in the pocket. To this day no problems, even with the zippers.

Tour Master - Flex Series 2 Jacket
I just got back from a 2000 mile round trip to the Gaspe' Peninsula, Quebec with this jacket. It performed very well on cool 50 degree mornings with just the outer shell, no thermal liner and a tee shirt. It seemed OK in light rain but bear in mind that the outer shell is water resistant NOT water proof. It seemed to absorb water but I didn't get wet. In heavy rain I wore my Tour Master rain suit over the mesh without the outer shell. The mesh was great in warm 85+ degree temperatures as the air flowed right through. My leather jacket will spend a lot more time in the closet now.

Great jacket.
This jacket has 3 layers, including an inner layer for cold weather, and an outer layer for the cooler days. The primary part that I wear is fully vented throughout so I stay cool even when it's 90 and sunny. The layers are easy to zip in and out. Would buy this jacket again and again.

Tour Master Jacket
I like the jacket a lot but I do have one problem with it. It fits fine until I reach for the handlebars, then the sleeves are about 1 1/2" short. I checked on the sleeve sizes of the larger jackets but I would have to go to 3X to get longer sleeves.

tourmaster jacket
I like this jacket very much. But the sleeves are too short. Everything else to is the best. It just seems like they designed this jacket for someone who is not riding a bike. It would work great for a crotch rocket, but not for a cruiser.

Great Jacket!
Kansas City summers are very hot and humid. I want a jacket for protection, but it needs to provide plenty of air flow so I'll actually wear it on hot days. This jacket surpassed my expectations. Even standing still the jacket allows air flow. I sometimes don't bother to unzip it while filling up with gas. I hope I never have to test the protection factor, but at least I know that I will be wearing the jacket if a get off does occur. I'm 5'11" with a mild beer belly and the extra large fits me very well. I'd recommend this jacket to anyone.

Good Jacket
This is my first motorcycle jacket, so I have nothing to compare it to. I am pretty picky about what I spend money on, and I have no regret here. The Flex is a very tough feeling garment. I can't get excited about a lot of those small plastic zippers, but they always line up perfectly. When worn as just mesh, it's comfy to wear up to and over a hundred degrees (no humidity). It really is nice to ride to work with the shell on and then ride home with it off. As with everything you buy nowadays, it comes with a lot of hanging threads. But don't let that discourage you. Solid, versatile, and comfortable.

Shoulder vent issue
Where I live a warm jacket to start the day needs to turn to something much cooler by mid-day. Liner is compact when removed. The shoulder vents are not a great feature as when open the jacket gets sucked tight against my back rather than providing cooling ventilation. Maybe I am doing something wrong, but I have only worn it a few times.

Flex 2 jacket
I like the jacket overall; although some of the thread ends were poorly finished; I had to take a lighter and burn off the frays. The zippers on the mesh jacket pull apart at the connecting point. The main zipper is difficult to work. The collar is uncomfortable unless you wear a gator or a turtleneck although this is not a problem when wearing the mesh jacket only.

great
Tourmaster has a great line of jackets...this is my second one. I liked the older style and wasn't sure of the new one but it is growing on me quite well...if it does as well as my old one, 4 years of riding everyday in all weather, then I'll have to go with them again...

Great Value
Great all year around jacket. Converts to our riding needs and to the outside temperature. I have ridden in the lower 40's with the textile shell on and it’s fantastic. It kept me warm in the winter. Now as it’s warming up I have removed the textile shell and am riding with the mesh and polyfill liner and it’s awesome. Today it was 78 and I removed the liner and it’s light and easy to ride with. The only complaint I have is the overall weight of the jacket when it’s all together and its a little time consuming to get the layers on/off. But hey, you can’t have it all I guess. For the $ this is truly a unique and handy invention 2 jackets in 1. Great inner pockets to store all your stuff. I just love it. And its a great fit too.

So Nice...bought it Twice
I love the jacket. I got another one. On those cold, wet Chicago morning rides to work or school (80+ miles), I’m comfortable, and for the price you can’t beat it, period!
