  • Performance cut, 600 Denier Carbolex® shell incorporates 1680 Denier Ballistic Polyester elbow, shoulder and back impact panels
  • Rainguard® waterproof and breathable barrier
  • The mandarin-style collar features a soft Microfiber trim
  • Waterproof zippered chest vents combine with sleeve vents, rear exhaust vents and the Pipeline Ventilation System to provide flow-through ventilation
  • Waterproof zippered chest vents feature the Shock Cord Opening System that maximizes the shoulder vent opening with the simple pull of a stretch cord
  • External, 1680 Denier Ballistic Polyester padded collarbone and back panels provide additional protection

London Endicott South Kingstown,  RI Amazingly Comfortable Fit I've had this jacket a few weeks, and have loved wearing it every moment I've been riding. Great comfort in the morning chilled air... Great ventilation in the afternoon sun... I would readily suggest this jacket to anyone riding. I found it worth every penny.

Dave Mattapoisett,  MA Cortech- GX Sport Series 2 Jacket Pros, Great vents, decent fit. It should last a long time. Nice and warm with the liner in. Great pockets. Waterproof but haven't ridden in the rain with it yet...Got a mens small, I'm 5'9" Fits great. The zippers are very well made and look like they will last as long as the coat. Cons, The stitching on the Velcro is coming of where the tab goes across the front zip at the top. Easy to fix but at this price it shouldn't happen.

Mark Boston,  MA Cortech GX Sport Jacket This jacket is a great value. Very sturdy construction and lots of nice features. I ordered one size larger than I normally would on the recommendation of others who bought the jacket and I love the fit. The wind block liner works as advertised and the insulated liner is warm. I haven't been caught out in the rain yet so I can't comment on water resistance.

SDSYM Sioux Falls,  SD Great Jacket Purchased this jacket in December '08 and finally got the chance to try it out in February '09. Temperatures were from 27-45 degrees. I wore a heavy weight thermal top under my shirt and I could not believe how warm I was riding in 45 degree weather, even at 27 degrees on a 30 minute ride I was comfortable. I ordered a L and while it is pretty snug around the waist and chest even with all adjustments completely loose, but the sleeves are perfect. I am 6' 1" 212 lbs. and I don't feel constricted and have good movement in the shoulders and arms.

Dan Collinsville,  IL Great jacket for prize The jacket fits well, if not a bit snug with a long sleeve shirt on. Does a great job of keeping me warm with the exception of between my helmet and the jacket. I would recommend ordering a size bigger as suggested by others.

Jimmy Kenosha,  WI Awesome jacket I got it to use as a winter coat since I don’t have one, until I get my bike in the spring and let me tell you, this thing keeps you pretty warm... it’s not very comfortable to wear in a car though that’s the only complaint I have so far... I took the pads out for the time being since I don’t need them right now. My friend laid down his bike in this jacket and slid on it and it kept him safe, minor damage to the jacket. If I had it to do all over, I would get it again

R Hudgens Corpus Christi,  TX Cortech GX Sport Series 2 Jacket Reviewers recommended buying larger size. I ordered the next larger size, it fits well and it is a great jacket. Good armor, but I have not tested it, yet. Yellow is extremely visible and looks good. The air scoop system works extremely well and can actually dry my shirt on the road at city speeds. I zipped out the liner, but it does get a bit warm in slow, stop-and-go summer traffic. It will be just right when the weather cools down. I would buy another.
