Acceptable for a 2nd helmet
The fit was true to size chart. The finish/looks are acceptable as this is an inexpensive model helmet. The one thing I don't like is that the strap has no snap and the strap holder (it looks like an elastic hair tie) does not hold the strap securely.

Have 3 GMax helmets, they all are made well, fit great, and are a good value. The way GMax helmets are sized fits me like they are custom made for my head.
The GM-5X? Like the zip out neck curtain and forehead vent. Nice all-around helmet for warmer weather & is light weight. Very happy with this helmet

Bought this for my wife and she loves it compared to her fullmer. The gmax is very light and the flat black matches my fullmer that has been discontinued so my next will also be the gmax. It has great quality zippers on the muffs were my fullmers are crap. Would recommend to anyone.
