Bell Drifter Helmet
Best fitting helmet that I own. It is very comfortable and appears to be extremely well made. The look is exactly what I was looking for and the special strap holder on the back of the helmet is perfect for my goggles. Just wish it would have vents up front like the ones that are so popular in other helmets.

Great Lid
This helmet is awesome. The thing looks great but runs a little small. After wearing it, it feels better.

Bell Drifter Gloss Black
I have been riding with the Bell Drifter Helmet about 2 months now. After the order was placed received it about a week later. I bought the solid gloss black helmet. The helmet is lightweight and looks great. I do like the removable ear pieces and inner padding. The “Bell” logo is blacked out so it is barely noticeable. I have to say that when riding above 55 mph this helmet has a tendency to catch wind and rise up. You must have the strap on real tight. For the money I think it’s a great buy.

Don't do it!!!
Priced right and looks great but you will not want to wear it over 35 mph. Slides back on your head no matter how tight you pull the strap. Wish I had my receipt to get my money back.

Drifter Helmet
Not comfortable at all, has no padding at all. Size chart isn’t right. If I had it to do over again I would not order this helmet.

Bell - Drifter Helmet
I like the helmet, but it fits a little tighter than my other Bell helmet of the same size. Also, the neck guard won't stay in place. I haven’t had a wreck in it, so I can't speak about its function or safety.

Another Painful Bell Helmet
Here are the real facts:
1. Only hard styrofoam between your head and the shell -- very uncomfortable
2. Very high noise -- my ears ring after every ride, this is a real danger defect!
3. Ride wind will pull the helmet up after 40 mph so you need a perfect snug fit or a very tight chinstrap.
4. No snap or velcro for the chinstrap -- it dangles and rattles in the wind.
Summary -- another painful Bell helmet!

Really like this one
I have the flat black one; it makes for a rough ride if you don't have a windshield because the front lip really catches the air. The helmet itself though is very comfortable and has a few handy features (the ear covers for winter, and a neck roll). I would buy this helmet again if my original one breaks. The strap is quite difficult to undo with full finger gloves on.

Not what I expected.
I agree with other statements such as, "Fits like a rock." There is nothing special about this helmet. I could have bought a helmet for $36 and had the same thing. I regret the purchase. Motorcycle Superstore however delivered on time and as promised.

Looks great but is poorly made
This helmet feels like its 4" thick on the top of your head. It’s so top heavy, your neck gets tired from the wind. Zero padding inside. Bell did a terrible job on the one. Its basically very cheap. Fits like a rock on your head.

Drifter Helmet
I thought the helmet looked really cool online but the inside of the helmet doesn't have a soft cushiony feel. Its hard core-foam inside with a thin liner. It doesn't fit snug and tends to blow to the back of my head during high speeds despite tightening the strap to near strangulation.
