David upper marlboro,  MD Great helmet I really enjoy this helmet. It has a good look to it from its simplistic design. I often get complements on how it looks. I feel the helmet is cut a little to small, its a really snug fit. I purchased a XL and feels more like a large with a lil' more room. (either that or my head got bigger). Other than that no complaints. The air vents in the front are controlled on the inside of the helmet, unlike most that have the controls on the outside, I thought that was kind of cool.

james underwood morristown,  TN AGV S 4 helment Great helmet except for two things. Cost and fit. A helmet made in China should not cost as much as it does and the fit runs small you have to order a size bigger than you normally wear.

Carlos Marquez key west ,  FL Good helmet Helmet looks great I’m pleased with the purchase. Only thing I didn’t like about it was the interior padding. It doesn’t seem likes there’s much and its very uncomfortable on my ears. I wish avg would have put a little better padding inside and not concentrated all of the effort on the look of the helmet.

Gary monmouth,  IL s-4 helmet I love this helmet. I’ve had it for about 1 1/2 years. It fits very snug. It does have a lot of wind noise but I have worn others with more. The matte paint does chip fairly easily. best helmet I’ve ever wore.

Dan Kahn Lagrange,  IL AGV S-4 I currently own 6 helmets. Shark RSI, Shoei Multitec, Zox Azuma R, HJC FS-10, and Sparz S-07. My S-4 is now my hands- down favorite. I have been very impressed with this helmet. Fit and finish are excellent. The liner is also excellent quality and comfort. It has the best airflow of any helmet I own. It's really amazing how much airflow this helmet really gets. It's a great fit for my long oval head. Light weight (I haven't weighted it yet but it seems just as light as the Shark RSI). Joe Philadelphia,  PA Very nice hlmet I am very pleased with this helmet. It is VERY comfortable and vents extremely well. All around a solid helmet. My only complaint is that the matte finish gets dirty pretty fast. For the price you can't beat it.

Howard Jasper,  MO Not a value. The matte finish definitely is sensitive to the slightest bump, I have several chips already and I am extremely careful. Wind noise is terrible. This shield mechanism took me 30 minutes to figure out, using the manual, the first time. I ended up using a small flat screwdriver to depress the latch, and now I can change it in about 3 minutes. The AGV smoke shield ($43) does not fit flush at the chin, but doesn't lift up at speed, yet. Wouldn't do it again.

mike east stroudsburg,  PA s-4 Helmet is light and comfortable. Finish is matte and stripes fade out then reappear. It also looks like it would scuff easily. Lots of air gets under by chin and when leaning over tank too far the chin piece hits my arm when turning head to changing lanes. I think I am happy with it but am not sure.

Mark Senicki Calgary,  AB Excellent Helmet I purchased this helmet in November and have used it constantly since then. The finish looks great as does the shape design. It fits almost perfectly, except that my ears seem to get folded as I place it on my head. The airflow is good, almost too good for the likes of Canadian winter, but with a little layering, it's fine. Lastly, you cannot beat the price. Excellent helmet, all in all. I would recommend this helmet to anyone who is looking for something sleek, matte, and not brutally expensive.

Michael Calabasas,  CA Good helmet for the price... I've had this helmet for a couple of month now and I really like it, except for a few things. Fit is spot on and noise level is minimal. Light weight and solid. Feels like a $500 helmet. The rubitone layer of paint will easily chip and start to peal from there. Under that is a gloss layer that probably needed a good sanding before the outer layer went on. Or maybe I just play too rough. If you want a good knock around helmet that you don't have to worry about, it's great. But the beauty will not last forever unless you're real careful with it.
