Good helmet
The sizing may be on the small side. 2XL is more comfortable for me. Flip down face shield is definitely a plus, easy to change, easy to operate. Wind noise is as expected with this type of helmet since it does not cover your ears. The sun visor is for looks only. I put some black tape accross the top inside of the face shield which works very well for me when facing the late afternoon sun.

Wind and sun visor is great I wear glasses and it does not interfere with my glasses and or vision. Fits well and snug to the head and chin. Visor does stick a little so you have to play with it ...worth the effort

Good for a half helmet
I bought this helmet to wear on my scooter, and it does what it says it does. I personally feel unsafe with a half helmet lately, so I only wear it when I go zipping around the neighborhood at low speeds. I did try to use it on the ride to work, approx. 45 mph, but you really need goggles because the air flow really kills your eyes with that half eye shield. The helmet itself is sturdy, well made and comfortable.

I've been looking for a cruiser style half helmet for some time, because there aren't many to choose from. I feel that this is the best available, with all the features, like zip off ear cover and pop down sun shade.

WHAT A GREAT HELMET!!!
The fit, which I determined from the site's size charts, was perfect. The helmet is comfortable, and looks great with its excellent finish and sleek styling. Two outstanding features of Scorpion the very cool retractable face shield and the easily removable visor. The chin strap has a nice snap-down end which I like as well. I debated with myself for some time over spending this much money on a half helmet, but I'm glad I finally made this decision.

Overall I like this helmet, BUT - It does seem a bit big - mushroom head. And, maybe it's just me but the eye visor creates a heck of a windstorm underneath it. My eyes tear up the second I get over 40mph.
