Skid Lid Original Helmet

Most rambling riders already have a thick skull to a certain degree, but Johnny Law insists it's not thick enough. Classically free, the SKID LID original motorcycle helmet adds DOT approved thickness to protect your head from the ground and your wallet from the system. The Skid Lid helmet is conforming in its fit but this dome shaped motorcycle helmet encourages individuality with its selection of tight graphics.

Jesse Ferrisburgh,  VT Portabella The graphics on the street rod helmet are definitely cool, but no matter what size I try these helmets in they look horrible. They give you such a mushroom look they might as well chop you up and put you in a portabella salad when you wear this thing. :(

Kirk Johnston Farmington,  NM Skid Lid I bought the helmet a few months ago and it's awesome. I have owned sever half helmets but none of them fit as well as this one. The chin strap was really long and the finish can scratch easily but other than that its a great helmet. It does not lift at high speeds like other half helmets. Its light enough I forget about it. I would recommend this helmet and many of my friends have ordered skid lids now.

JV Bristol,  PA First Shorty Helmet I've been in full face helmets for over 30 years and thought it was time to get a little more air on my cruiser. This helmet is great value. My only complaint is the chin strap that I'm just not used to. Other than that, I like it a lot!

Rocky Howell Lavergne,  TN Skull Skid Lid This is a great helmet, from reading the reviews I was worried about the fit seeing that 50/50 said it didn’t fit well.... Turns out that 50% must have fat heads... Fits great and ill buy another and recommend to others... Thanks for being well priced.

mark payne nashville,  TN skid lid The helmet alone is durable, but the chin strap is very cheap and does not strap tightly. The helmet also makes you look like a mushroom.

James Lee Baton Rouge,  LA Not what I was expecting The helmet although looks really good in the photo's, does not fit very well. It is bulky and I was looking for a very thin and small helmet.
