ZR1 Eclipse Helmet
I purchased this helmet for my annual Father's Day ride with my son in Oregon. We were going to be riding his bikes with no windshields, so I wanted good protection. This helmet worked out great. I like the look, the quality and the way it functioned. The only possible problem is the shield is hard to open and I'm afraid it will eventually break. The modular part works very smoothly though and that is what I used most. I would recommend this product for the rider that wants to go up scale a bit without breaking the bank.

Z1R - Eclipse Helmet
Fits well and works great for city use. Extremely quiet when closed. I switch the top down when I cross the Manhattan Bridge; otherwise I leave it up most of the time so my head doesn't catch on fire from the summer heat. Took a millennium for delivery, next time may order a helmet from a closer vender to NYC.

Z1R Eclipse review
A great helmet! The fit and finish are excellent. I got the pearl white and is it vary pretty and quite visible. The mechanism is easy to use and I can put the helmet on and take it off with my glasses in place. It is noisier than my other full face helmets (Arai Signet GT and Shoei RF1000) but I do not know haw it compares to other brands of convertibles. I am very happy with it.
