HJC CL-15 Full Face Helmet
The helmet might be just a bit small for its size or maybe I have not worn it enough yet. Just a little snug but it might loosen up with wear. It has a lock on the facemask that broke before I wore it. The lock on my wife's still works. The wind noise is quite loud but I think it can be fixed with a strip of foam at the top of the shield. The finish on the helmet is very good. This is a very good helmet for the price paid.

Good Deal
Probably the cheapest Snell-rated helmet out there, which is why I bought it. Nothing fancy about it, just a plain ol' helmet, which is what I wanted. Can't say much about durability at this point, but the padding seems sturdy enough. Mushroom head is an issue in the looks department, but when is it not? Anyway, great price for a Snell-rated helmet. 'Nuff said.

CL15 is a great value!
I bought this HJC CL-15 to replace my CL-10. My CL-10s are at least 10 years old so I figured it was time. I think I paid less for the CL-15 than I did for the CL-10. The CL-15 has much better ventilation and is significantly quieter than the CL-10. HJCs fit my head better than anything else I've worn including Shoei and Arai. This one is no different. My only gripe is the CL-15 has less chin room than the CL-10. I have a "Lenoesque" chin so this is important. I also bought a CL-SP. The CL-SP has better chin room.

Chin Strap Chokes!!
I REALLY wanted to love this helmet. It is a great helmet for the price. Looks good and has a bunch of great features and it is both DOT and Snell approved! The helmet fit true to size. I'm a large and the HJC fit comfortably on me as well.
The deal breaker for me was the chin strap and the side pads along the chin strap. While the side pads can bunch up in the helmet when putting on, it is easy to straighten them out when fastening the chin strap...a minor annoyance, not a big deal.
The chin strap is a whole other story though...it actually choked me when fastened and not fastened tightly either! If I turned my head or looked down in the helmet I felt like I had someone’s hands around my neck...VERY distracting. Again, I had the strap adjusted about the same as my previous helmet...not too tight. I even loosened it up a bit but all that did was make the helmet less secure on my head and the strap STILL choked me.
Sadly, I returned it and had zero problems with the return with Motorcycle Superstore's excellent customer service.

solid helmet-solid performance
I bought this helmet from Motorcycle Superstore 2 years ago and I still love wearing it every time I ride. It is comfortable, quiet and steady as a rock even on windy days at highway speed. I recently purchased a half helmet for the 90+ hot summer days, but only on short in town trips. I will still wear my CL-15 for all my longer rides because you just can't beat the secure feel of this helmet, plus the venting on this helmet is at least par with my old full face helmet which cost 3 time as much 10 years ago. I love the removable liner and cheek pads which I washed often. Now after 2 years and some 9k miles of riding the liner is wearing thin, but a new liner is relatively cheap from Motorcycle Superstore and I will have a new fitting helmet for another 2 years. The only thing to watch out is the paint scratches easily, which I found to be the norm with most of painted polycarbonate shell helmets.

Best bang for the buck!
For as cheap as it is, it’s the best helmet out there. I bought this helmet as my first helmet. It’s great and holds up to most conditions. I just barely dropped it on a cement road off the mirror of my bike and the helmet’s paint chipped off very easily. I can't really complain though, it’s a very durable helmet and pretty comfortable too.

HJC CL-15
I am very pleased with this helmet. It fits my head better than some more expensive helmets. I bought this helmet to replace a CL-12. The quick change shield is easy to use and intuitive. I was considering an Arai but the HJC was about 1/4 to 1/5 of the price and has all the features I would want. The HJC is an excellent value.

Great Helmet
I bought this as an upgrade from the CS-R1 helmet which I had for a few months and wasn't happy with the fit. I tried this on at a local motorcycle shop and liked the fit. The price at the motorcycle superstore was way better, even with shipping. The helmet is much more comfortable than the CS-R1. The ventilation is much better, and the anti-fog shield really does a nice job.

Great helmet
Snell & DOT approved. Fits snug and looks great (I bought a flat black one). Shield stays shut and even has a latch/lock if needed for really high speeds. Why pay more?

The helmet is satisfactory. I purchased it as a back-up/ passenger helmet so I wasn't looking for the highest quality since it won't be worn as often as my primary helmet. So far I have had no complaints about the helmet but I haven't had the chance to test out the air-flow through the helmet during warm weather.

HJC - CL-15 Solid Helmet
This helmet fit my head well like the other HJCs I have owned however it seems to fold my ears over when I initially put it on and I have to put my finger back in it to un-fold them. Once I wear the helmet in, this condition may go away. Noise is the other issue and it appears noisier than my HJC CL-14. The wind noise is coming from the plastic visor area. Perhaps removing it and re-installing it will help; I am reluctant to do this (for fear of breaking something) but will probably end up giving it a try. The anti-fog coating appears to work quite nicely.

For the price, I expected more
For the most part, the helmet does an OK job. The ventilation is fair at best. Having a short hair cut will help with the air movement. The shield fogs up REALLY bad on cold and/or wet days. The chinstrap is set too far back and tends to choke a bit.

CL-15 ... AWESOME
I have the CL-31, but was looking for a bit more protection ... This is the ticket. It fits beautifully and the black really looks sharp. This is a must buy for the beginner to the more experienced. The line of vision is great, even for a full face helmet.

Good helmet
Comfortable helmet with good visibility and easy faceshield exchange mechanism. The only thing I don't like is that the chin strap is too far back and pulls on my throat sometimes.

no longer a shoei guy
When my venerable Shoei was cut & stolen from bike's ring lock (yeah, bummer), it was time to shop for the first time in several years. Took a shot at the CL-15 based on quick try-on at dealer and assorted online reviews. Extremely happy with it so far. Great fit makes me realize just how shot the old one was, so added bonus is that the theft became much less bummer. Face mask wraps around deeper to back and thus provides more visibility. Always welcome -- though its open/close pivot is a bit stiff; hoping it will loosen up in time. Overall, so far the CL-15 seems to be a fine helmet for me and an exceptional value.

Great, inexpensive helmet.
I ordered the medium size (Black) after trying it on at the store for fit. If you're looking for a quality, inexpensive helmet, this is a good bet. The black helmet looks awesome with a smoke face shield ($22, separately).

Great Value

Overall a good helmet, but the wind noise around the face shield is a bit much at highway speeds...better after tweeking some...wish I could have still gotten the older style 14 they where quiet...

I usually fit in a XL but I needed a XXL with this one. No big deal, fits nice and comfortable. A little more wind noise than the Shoei I had before, but overall a good value for the price.

This is a high quality helmet for a very reasonable price. The fit is comfortable for me. It is not heavy despite being fairly big. Also, my last HJC helmet was comfortable. I crack the shield in warmer weather for more ventilation. I wanted a bright color to increase my visibility.

Very Nice Helmet
I like this helmet because it has both a Snell and DOT safety rating. It fits well and I like that I can remove the inside padding if necessary. I was a little surprised to see the matte finish since I haven't seen many helmets that have a matte finish.

Fits so well
I found this helmet to fit so very well almost like it was made just for me. Riding is now a wonderful experience. The air flow through the helmet is well designed and does not weigh you down after a long day of riding. This helmet is well worth the money I spent and known for their safety reviews.

CL-15 Great Value
I recently purchased an HJC CL-15 helmet. I was right on the border between Medium and Large head sizes, so I ordered the Medium, based upon recommendations. It was way too tight and I returned it for the Large, which is still quite snug, especially in the cheek pads, but the right size. If I could replace the cheeks pads with thinner ones, I would. It might be my chubby cheeks. All-in-all, I am very impressed by fit and finish, features, for the price. I think it's a really good value.
