Fastrack II Bluetooth Helmet

Doug (Lehi, UT)

Best Choice for Bluetooth Enabled

Pros: Love the fit and style. Bluetooth setup to my Nexus phone and Nexus 7 tablet was easy. Battery life/charging is within standard. Con: Speakers need upgrade for-sure. Very tiny and hurts at high volume. More bass would increase usability above 50mph.

Piuma Modular Helmet

Got this at the Outlet

This was my first helmet. Not bad, but I agree it is a bit plasticky. Maybe the size was too large for me because I get a lot of wind in my helmet but I do wear earplugs so it cuts most of the noise out. As one of the less expensive modular helmets out there this isn't a terrible choice. I may try a Shoei next though.

Fit is all wrong

I wear a LG Z1R helmet… based on size charts decided that a size LG in this brand would fit. Wrong... there’s an overlap of the interior materials that puts SO much pressure on my temples… like its 4” too small. So I sent it back for a partial refund since MS claimed they "aren’t responsible for manu. size charts" and got an XL. It was too big, but the material overlaps inside still caused the same pain. Then they only refunded me for 1 helmet until I chased them down for a refund on the other. Stay away
