Technically you only have one fan or the other because if you use both they say it nullifies the effect of the other fan, but all in all a great product, sweet finish. The green and silver goes great with my black and silver 150cc moped.

AFX FX-11 Lightforce Helmet
THE FIT AND FINISH: Got this helmet for those warmer days in the Summer. The fit was fairly good and comfortable. The paint fit and finish are not first grade when compared with Shoei, Aria or HJC. THE RIDE: The helmet was OK for city and short highway trips as the padding inside has many gaps in between them, so it was very breathable and not as hot inside as my Shoei while in city traffic especially with the fans running, but once at highway speed there were more wind noise and the turbulence gets into the helmet, and I found dust getting into the helmet and my eyes much easier then my Shoei or Aria. Changing the shield was not too difficult, the material and design were kind of cheap, the shield material is thinner and flex a little more than I liked, the extra mirror finish shield that I got scratches easily due to the lower material quality, so I have to be more careful while handling the helmet, but for the price and feature you are getting, you can't expect that much. BOTTOM LINE: I got this helmet for the gadgets (Fan and map light), and for the price, it is still a good value for what it is. I wouldn't take this helmet on a long trip because of the noise and turbulence, it will not be too comfortable for long hauls.

What a wonderful helmet. Nice fit, fans really do the anti-fog job they were designed for and the light can be helpful for more than maps. If I ever have to have another one it'll be the same.

Can't be beat for the money
The helmet is everything I expected. But to clear it up for everyone else reading the description, the light is used as a flashlight, or map light. I find this light to be very useful (finding keyholes, seeing dropped items, and general flashlight usage) the exhaust fan is great in cool or rainy weather to keep the fog down. The fresh air fan only helps a little though; however the vents are well placed. Overall a cool, really good looking helmet, the absence of a glossy finish sets it apart

Great helmet. Less fog, more air, great for night riding. It is a little heavy but well worth every ounce. Now I have to get one for my wife.

I'm Impressed!
Got mine in the green Multi. Flat finish which helps with fingerprints/smudges. Helmet a little on the heavy side with the added weight of fans, batteries, switches but it does what it advertises. Less Fog on shield.Cooler on hot days. Like it better than my FX-96. Highly recommended.
