Chris Wood is well known for his motorcycle helmet designs, mostly in the form of custom-painted lids for pro riders. And while he’s been contributing designs to Bell for a number of years now, his Day of the Dead Star is so impressive we had to put him in the spotlight. Inspired by El Dia de los Muertos-Mexico’s All-Saint’s and All Soul’s Days celebrations-Wood respectfully reflects the colors, symbols and pageantry of this great tradition in his design.

The Bell Star may have taken a long three years to develop, but what’s a little time when you’re making the best. The Star features Bell’s exclusive Velocity Flow Ventilation™ with FlowAdjust™ for amazing ventilation and temperature control.
