Nice Helmet snug fit
This helmet is good quality and a great deal for the discount price. The size is a little smaller than my other helmet. The covering around the neck did not seem to cut out that much wind noise, but it did seem to make the visor fog up more. I would recommend a no fog visor. I tried to put anti fog solution on but it does not seem to help. Other than that, I like the quality of the helmet and the quick release for changing the visor.

ICON Mainframe Hooligan Helmet Review
This helmet was a GREAT buy, but the helmet seems to be designed VERY narrow. I have to really pull on the sides to get my head in. The helmet ordered was an XL size. I normally wear an XL size comfortably, but this one is really tight.

Icon-Mainframe Hooligan Helmet
Received this helmet in Feb. 2009 and have held off review until now (June) in order to have time to wear it a bit in real world riding. I believe the size may run a bit small as it fits me perfectly in size XL. My other 2 helmets (an HJC & KBC) are sized L and fit me well. The finish is outstanding in my opinion, not a flaw anywhere. Not sure on durability yet but no issues so far. There was a good bit of wind noise when first worn but I was able to correct most of that by adjusting the visor side plates and getting a better seal against the rubber. I find the visor is easy to open/close with gloves on and removes & installs easily too. I also like the small "tab" on the d-ring that eases fastening the helmet on. A good value for the price and I'm happy with it.

Great except for visor
The Helmet Fits great and looks great...Better than I expected. The Visor fogs up very easily and I always have to ride with it cracked a little, A fog free visor would be much better. The vents work, but could be a little better. But overall a great buy.

Mainframe Hooligan Helmet
Went to local bikeshop to try on the helmet before I ordered, so the fit and size was perfect. Used helmet in S.C. for bikeweek this memorial day and got lots of compliments on the look, and many people were surprised at the price. Liked the many different shield height adjustments. Very pleased with helmet overall and told everyone to go to the website for other great deals.

AMAZING Value!
I bought this helmet and it fits better than the Arai helmets that I tried on (and they cost $600 or more)! Personally I would have liked a helmet with flat colors (like flat black) but for this price I am super happy with my purchase!!
