Derek Wilmington,  NC Great I bought this helmet after having a KBC and there is a night and day difference between the two. This helmet is extremely comfortable and the pump up cheek pads are great. When I first got the helmet it was a little tight but now that it is broken in it fits very well. The wind noise is not terrible but its not quiet either, however when the shield is down it cuts out a lot of road noise. After purchasing the helmet I bought a darker speed view visor because the one that comes with it isn't dark at all. Overall this helmet is extremely comfortable and well manufactured and I will/have recommended it to friends.

Minh Hurst,  TX HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I bought the EXO-1000 RPM Helmet in the Silver Finish. Used it for about 6 months (about 2,200 miles). Finish is still good. I really like the retractable shaded visor! It's a very good and convenient feature. Plus, you won't have to spend more money on a tinted visor. I got the XXL b/c everyone said to go up in size. It was pretty tight fitting at first, but now I wish I would have gone with the XL instead b/c it's a little bit loose after usage. But there is little pump inside to tighten the fit. All in all, VERY GOOD helmet and well worth the money! Don't waste your money on a $600 Shoei when you can get this at half that price with more features. It's the best bang for the buck. Good luck, and ride safe!

seth florida,  FL Not that great I bought this helmet when I bought my GSXR. I had heard wonders about this helmet. The drop down sun visor is awesome but the helmet isn’t well put together. It doesn’t vent that great, the pieces that close the vent are falling off and the visor fogs and scratches way too easy!

Andy Indianapolis,  IN Scorpion EXO-1000 Great helmet with built in sun visor, works great! The pump up cheek pads are comfortable. It has good ventilation. Also, it is quieter than the HJC CS-12 helmet.

David Converse,  TX Great quality for the price I'd been eyeing this one online for a while, so I went to a retailer to "feel it out". The fit and finish are excellent, and the large fit my 23" head nicely. Graphics are comparable to that of helmets costing double. Some have said the internal sunshade doesn't come down far enough, but I found it acceptable, (although the nose cut-out is unnecessary.) My only disappointment was the "gimmicky" twist-lock visor system. It works, but not as smoothly as simpler systems already in use. Bottom line, it's like getting a $500 helmet at a $150 discount... put me down for a red/black one!
