Jim Baker Brighton,  TN Returned Helmet I used the size chart provided and the helmet was to tight. This being the case I should not have had to pay for return shipping. My return was processed in about a week and my refund was posted promptly to my credit card. I ordered the next size larger helmet, life is good.

kevin meredith coalvalley,  IL hjc is max solid modular helmet The appearance is nice, the fit is snug. But I wear glasses and that interferes with the sun visor. All-in-all the helmet is great, living in the Midwest it allows me to ride more into the season. I can see clearly and my side to side view is great. For the price it is well worth it.

Frank Prairie Village,  KS HJC IS Max Solid Modular Helmet Great helmet! Like the simple features (need only one hand to raise chin area) and easy to lower the sun visor (though sun visor sometimes "touches" my nose ... didn't think I had such a big nose?!). Still prefer sunglasses with wind visor open, but on some partly cloudy/sunny days, the visor is a nice feature. Also like traditional D-ring closure strap. Great vents too!

Jerome Denver,  CO Great Helmet I really like this helmet, the fit is perfect. I am glad there are optional settings for the sun visor (for large noses I bet). craig fort valley,  VA HJC-IS-Max Solid Modular Helmet I have never owned a full face helmet before purchasing the HJC-IS-MAX. I Bouhgt it for a cross country trip. Being able to wear my prescription glasses while riding was a big plus. There was also the added bonus of the integral sunglasses. I was very happy with the the comfort and fit. Traveling at highway-plus speeds for hours at a time was very enjoyable while wearing this helmet.

Michael Yakima,  WA Exactly what I needed Upon opening the box, I found that the helmet was exactly what I expected for looks. After trying it on, there was some glue or other substance on the sun visor. After removing the visor and cleaning it, I've had no other problems. The airflow is great as compared with my previous helmet. The vision is wonderful and I've never had any problems getting the helmet to close.

Daniel Richmond,  VA Great Value! I love this helmet for the convenience it offers, but comes with one annoying problem. I love that I can flip up the face without taking off the helmet, great at gas stations for fill ups and quick stops. I had to return a medium for the large. The measurements said I was a medium, but it was way too tight for comfort. The built-in visor is great, no more fiddling with sunglasses. The one annoying problem I have is the noise I get at speeds up above 50mph. I ride a Suzuki Bandit and the wind noise can be deafening! It comes from where the seam from the face meets the rest of the helmet. I'm sure if you have a bike with better wind protection from your windshield, it will be less of an issue. After one long ride, I had ringing in my ears for a bit. I wear earplugs now, so that solved that problem. All in all, great helmet.

Don M. LaVergne,  TN HJC-IS-MAX Helmet Like It Bought one for myself and loved it so much, I bought one for my wife. Great fit, looks, and features. I use the tented retractable sun shield to block the afternoon sun. It does need to be a little darker. The only other issue I have with it is the poor venting. I have to ride with the face shield open a little to get air into the helmet. Over all I like this helmet.

Tami Swifts Ticonderoga,  NY Awesome helmet The features on this are so nice. I love the built in retractable sun glasses. The versatility of the flip up face or lens is great. If I am too hot, just flip up the face or if I need to talk to someone quickly, I just flip up the lens without having to take off the whole helmet. It fits snug but not uncomfortably so. The 2 air vents work great. I have been riding with full gear in 80-90 degree temps, full sun and high humidity. No problem getting overheated. This fall the anti-fog lens and breath shield will be available so I can use this helmet for snowmobiling as well. DOT approved and well worth the price. Happy it came in white- for visibility- not easy to find in helmet selections from other companies.
