Gary Wadsworth,  OH Shoei RF1000 Helmet I now have two RF1000 helmets. The ability to change the thickness of the cheek pads makes for a custom feel. Visor works easily and changing it is a snap. Wind noise is not bad for short runs but I wear earplugs most of the time, not due to the RF1000, but as a general rule to minimize hearing loss over time.

Josh Clinton,  IA Air flows well and comfy. I just bought a new Harley and didn't want to wear an ugly half helmet or skull helmet so I started looking into rocket helmets. After much debate I came to the RF-1000 I love the air flow, I'm a big guy and wear glasses so the amount of heat my breath can put out at a stop can easily fog up your store bought full face. Not this one, two adjustable vents on the brow a mouth vent and two on the back of the helmet integrated into the spoiler. Super comfortable and the air ventilation is amazing, love this helmet.

Dean McCall colorado springs,  CO Best helmet to date. I have owned just about every brand of helmet on the market and this one to date is hands down the best yet. Incredibly comfortable and easy to adjust, keeps wind noise to a minimum and the head very cool.

Arthur Springfield,  MO Nice overall helmet First off, it's a Shoei, so you know it's a high-end helmet. First thing I noticed was that the aerodynamics are very good, this helmet slices right through the air very well. It's very light and the finish is flawless. The field of view is also pretty good. The only complaint I have is that the recessed area is not deep enough for my Autocom speakers. I've read where folks are cutting some of the EPS out to make room, but I'm not going to cut up an expensive helmet, lol..
