Awesome look and fit
I don't ride much, but my BMW R60 (1970) likes to get out now and then. After fixing up the bike I needed a new helmet. This is light, comfortable, looks cool in the matte and protective. Definitely what I was hoping for, but not necessarily expecting given the price.

Price is right but fit ....
Like the helmet. First time I wore it someone commented on how great it looked. Airflow is okay. I am used to ARAIs and this is surprisingly good quality. The big con is that the cheek pads are HUGE. 2" thick and squish anyones face very aggressively. Rode for 13 hours over the weekend thinking they may mash down. Nope! Ordered a new set and hope that clears up the problem..

Nice for the price
The fit is a bit tight for my more oval shaped head. As commented by others, the airflow is not very good but would probably be better when it gets cold. The helmet fell off my handlebar and the front vent broke. Not sure if I would buy again.

Pearl white
I got the pearl white. It looks pretty big but eh I don’t really care. People love it, they think it looks kind of like the power rangers helmet. The down side however is the air flow. So far, none of the vents work. I fog up every time I’m at a light in the morning and at night which is not really safe for me. But once I ride it goes away. I just flip it up every time I stop. For the cost its good. But I would not buy another one. Great price and first helmet though.

I am a newbie. Did not know what to expect. Ordered this helmet primarily due to the price and I could not be more pleased with it. The sizing was right on as determined by the chart, it came with a bag and a small mesh screen at the chin that prevents trash from coming up into the helmet. There is some wind noise when the visor is closed, but the vents work for anti-fogging "at speed" and with the visor open it is very comfortable city riding. I would definitely recommend this helmet. My friends that have ridden for awhile also liked this helmet and are ordering themselves one.

AFX FX-90 Helmet
I would certainly recommend an AFX FX-90 helmet to anyone considering a full face in the under $100 price range. Fit and finish were excellent, helmet is light weight with great aerodynamics. Vent system is vastly superior to my previous full face. Nice wide shield area allows for very good vision. All things considered I rate the FX-90 a "best buy". One other thing. I own a 94 BMW K-75 in Mystic Red and the FX-90 in red is almost a spot-on color match.

Great helmet for the price
I just started back into riding after a 15 year break. I bought this helmet as a "starter" helmet while I tried to determine what my next helmet will be. Well, this helmet has performed very well and is well worth the price. Is it perfect? No. But I'm in absolutely no rush to find a replacement. It fits great, is very comfortable, kept me warm in the recent cold PA weather, and looks great too. The only "minor" complaints that I have are as follows: 1. There's a useless plastic piece in the inside front of the helmet that I ended-up taking out on the first day (very easy to remove). 2. It's a little noisy when my windshield is all the way down. But I think this is more a function of my bike's aerodynamics (I own a Honda ST1300). I'm considering buying the same model helmet for my passengers....which should be a statement in itself.

An ok helmet
Probably shouldn't complain because it was very inexpensive. But the helmet puts a lot of pressure on the forehead, and the visor can't be kept partially open at any speed because the slightest amount of wind makes it vibrate. Also the visor only has four positions: open, closed, and two intermediate positions. Other helmets I've owned have had at least 3-4 intermediate positions.

Good helmet for the money. The shield will fog up quickly on a cool afternoon if the chin vent isn't open, and there is a slight whistle/howl with the top vents open. But for the price you WILL NOT find a better helmet.

Pretty good
I bought this as a spare helmet and was quite pleased. It's more aerodynamic than my primary helmet, but the chin strap is a bit far back and rubs against my Adam's Apple. There is plenty of room for glasses, as well. The vent switch doesn't seem to change the air flow too much and it's a bit fickle to adjust with gloves on. Overall, its a pretty good helmet.

A good in town, light weight helmet.
This is a great helmet for the price. It is easy to get on and off. It is light, and it looks good. The vents work pretty well. I crack it open when stopped for a little better airflow. At highway speeds this is a noisy helmet. I have used earplugs with it to offset the noise. A very good passenger helmet as well as a trip to the store or anywhere you stay under 50mph. The only other thing I notice is small bugs make it under the chin "mesh" and sometimes I have to open the shield to get them out.

Great fit out of the box. Looks good worn on a couple 8 hour days without causing discomfort. Flimsy vent on the front is a joke, cheap plastic. Rubber insert in front behind visor tends to ride out, but can simply be removed. Hate the vent, aside from that great helmet. Good price, I would purchase again knowing what I know now.

I ordered this helmet because I moved to Germany and needed an ECE rated helmet. Didn't want to spend too much money on something I can't use back stateside. The helmet is well worth $50.00 bucks. It doesn't feel as good on your head as a $200-$400 dollar helmet, but if you don't want to spend that much, this is a good investment!

I see what everyone is saying about the air flow noise factor however, for the price you will be hard pressed to find a helmet like this for the price. Its lightweight design makes it extremely comfortable and fitting. The air flow is great when all ways are opened up but yes there is a little noise. And I wore it out last night while riding and everyone asked me where I got this helmet from and there was no hesitation from me to tell them. This helmet receives an A+ all the way around.

Much better than I expected for the price. Sure I could have gotten a much bulkier, seemingly safer helmet, but wasn't paying $250+. Very stylish and lightweight. Only downside I've noticed is at the right angle, with the visor open, you feel like you have your own personal cheering section as the air passing through sounds like the light roar of a stadium crowd. I'd give it an A overall.

Was hesitant of buying a $50 helmet but was totally blown away. Couldn’t ask for anything more out of a cheapy helmet. Looks bad ace with the tinted and mirrored visors. Airflow isn’t the greatest but all in all a GREAT deal! Customer service is second to none. Helmet was damaged upon arrival, they express shipped me a new one for no cost. No questions asked. Will definitely buy more in the future.

The style and cost benefit is amazing; you won't find anything better at this price. However, it is still a cheap helmet so it isn't extremely well fitting around the jaw and neck, and the shield fogs up fairly easily. If you’re looking for a second helmet, or just are on a budget, don't pass this up!

This is a great value. When I ordered the helmet I ordered the larger size, when it arrived I thought it was too snug. After wearing it for a few rides it now fits perfect. I would like a bit more air flow but so far it has been comfortable. Changing the shield was a bit of a mystery, the instructions on the shield did not match the mechanism on my helmet. I called customer service they could only give me the number for AFX's customer service after politely listening to my problem the CS rep quickly explained the procedure for changing the shield. I would definitely buy AFX again.

2 things I require in a helmet: good fit and good optics. While the face shield was distortion free, it had an annoying reflection from the inside of the helmet. I kept getting reflections of my face on the visor. I think the cost of an anti-reflective coating would be negligible, but not so for the folks at AFX. The helmet was returned. Otherwise fine fit and style.

Great Cheap Helmet
I know it's made in China and the visor mechanism feels a little flimsy but overall, this is an awesome helmet for the money. The interior padding is thick and comfortable. It was a little tight at first but after about 400 miles, it's starting to break in and is very comfortable now. Be sure to order a size larger than indicated on the chart. I fell in the cusp between SM and Med. I ordered the medium and the fit was a little on the tight side at first. I would never have been able to fit a Small. Venting is not as good as it could be and the helmet is noisy at speed because the visor doesn't make a very tight seal when down. Wouldn't be an issue if you have a full fairing.

LOVE this helmet! The price, the fit, the finish. And my fiancé said it's a hot looking helmet. This is my 3rd AFX helmet, and as always I'm not disappointed. No point on spending a crap load of money on a helmet when these are just as good as the expensive guys. One word of advice though is with AXF, get one size larger, they tend to run just a tad small.

I am completely satisfied with this helmet. It fits great, its comfortable, and doesn’t weight much at all. Because of being light it doesn’t get you tired of wearing it after a couple of hours of riding. The chin straps are well design, that they are even able to be strapped with gloves on. The air flow is great, it takes the fog off the windscreen in a matter of seconds even at low speeds. I have the flat black version with a smoke screen and I got to say that it looks great. The top front vents cause a small whistle noise, but it goes away if you move your head sideways, so i am thinking my windscreen and wind draft over my bike might have something to do with it as well. All in all I will highly recommend this helmet. Its great for the price.

As I road my bike along the roads, gaining speed, the air flow didn’t really do anything at all to keep me cool i really didn't feel anything, and as for the visor, within the first minute I wore the helmet it fogged up the whole thing.
