Yes, it is on the costly side however it's an awesome Helmet! At first it's a pain in the butt to change out the clear face shield but after a couple of tries you become accustomed to it. It is a little noisy once you start to get up into the mid 60's but it's nothing that a good set of ear buds won’t fix. All in all it’s a pretty sweet helmet and I’m very happy with it!

I am very happy with this helmet. Perfect fit. Occasionally will fog up in humid weather at lights, but clears up as soon as i ride over 10mph. Appearance is great.

breath taking!
Hands down the best looking helmet I’ve seen. The fit was a little tight and hurt my ears when I put it on and took it off. But other than that it’s a great helmet and the shield that comes with it makes it look even better!

Great Helmet!
The size measurements are pretty close, when I first put it on it was super tight, almost too much. After riding with it a few times it is much more comfortable. The airflow is pretty good, the graphics look awesome. The silver shield isn't mirrored, can be seen through on the other side, but the upside is it can be used at night.

Amazing helmet
This is just a sick helmet... I love it.
It is kind of expensive, but it is worth it 100%.
You will appreciate it even more when the blondy from the Bimmer next to you on a traffic light tells you that she loves it :)

worth the money
I've had this helmet for about 3 months now, and I couldn't be happier! The cheek pads are a little snug, but that's not really a bad thing, just buy smaller ones if it bothers you. MY only gripe with this helmet is that when I removed the breath deflector, it took forever to get it back in properly. I highly recommend this helmet

The helmet is nice but the whistle noise is annoying when riding the highway. I read a review in this section and they said the "wing and vents that stick out off the helmet are cheep". I talked to the dealer and ICON and they said it’s so if you get in an accident the vents break off easily and don't stab through the shell. Sounds better then hard vents that won’t break and smash through and stab your head. The cheek pads are thick but the helmet is comfy. It fogs up at lights once in a while and is slightly heavy, but it is sleazy and every one loves it. Don't cheep out were it matters most. Protect your squash! Helmets are a lot of money but so is sitting in the hospital or a funeral.

This helmet fits incredibly well, looks great, and keeps your head cool. Very nice for them to give a free chrome shield with the box. took a little finesse to change the visors and felt like the side panel clips were going to break when removing them, but they just need a little getting used to popping them out. Found it very comfortable for short/long rides, a little rough on my nose with the chin flap when taking it off but not a big deal at all. the airflow is great for going the speed limit. 200km/h+ it starts to get a little shaky though (lots of leeway :p).
$410 bucks is definitely worth it.

Just not worth the cost
First of all, this helmet does indeed look sweet as all hell. The chromed outer layer of is beautiful, and with the silvered visor and side shields, it looks wonderful. Now for the bad news: the plastic "spoiler" looking thing on top doesn't do anything besides irritate: it whistles in the wind, yanks your head if you try and turn while riding at speed, and snapped in half when my helmet fell off a coffee table onto a rug. When the spoiler broke, it also cracked the cheapo-plastic accent bit that houses the upper air vent.
Also, while the helmet fits the crown of my head perfectly, the cheek pads are very thick, and press very hard against my cheek bones. This is only a problem on long rides however, and Icon does make replacement pads. All in all, the helmet, although looking spectacular, is quite loud, cheaply made, and heavy. If you're buying on looks rather than quality, go for it.

The helmet fits great, just like the sizing chart said. Chrome shield very attractive. Only complaint is after putting the helmet on the cushion for the top part of the head feels very dull or worn. Other than that great helmet. I can see myself in the windshield ;)

Quite Simply, the coolest helmet around!
Perfect helmet. Amazing look. Great features. Comfortable fit. With the chrome visor and the beautiful artwork, prepare to get some comments when you get off the bike and have helmet in hand. If you're thinking about buying this, don't hesitate, you won't regret it.

this helmet is crazy...but I’m stupid i guess, because I got a size kind of small but good thing they got cheek replacements. other than that this helmet is great and lots of people seem to like it, because all I get is compliments except for the haters of course.

I have had it for about 3 months; it looks sick and has a pretty good air flow. I live in DC and summer days in the area normally in the upper 90s, only thing I don’t love about the helmet is the weight, but everything else is great.

Turning Heads
I recently bought this helmet at a local motorcycle superstore and I love it!!! Best fitting helmet on the market. Air flow is much better than a previous HJC helmet (though it whistles a little more). Cost was great especially since I received an F and F discount. The Appearance will turn heads when you fly by.

Awesome helmet...
I love this helmet, nothing but compliments and stares when I wear it. The fit is perfect and the chrome finish helps others to see me in traffic. Only down side is with the upper vents fully opened small bugs fly in and buzz around in the helmet, other than that, perfect! I love my helmet!

I LOVE IT.
The fit is perfect. I love the removable chin curtain; it helps a lot when it gets cool. I also love the silver visor it comes with, dark enough during the day and safe to use at night. For small girls with light helmets, you might want to transition into this slightly heavier one. The graphics are pretty awesome and being a girl, I get a lot of looks in this helmet. Definitely worth it.

This Helmet Rocks!
Just got this helmet and it ROCKS! The graphics are AWESOME, as are the features. Venting looks like it will do a real good job of circulating for warm weather riding. The fit is spot on. I would not hesitate to recommend this lid to anyone looking for something cool, different, and a great value for the money. I would put it up against Arai or Shoei for fit and finish (having owned both of those brands). This is one nice helmet period.
