KBC FFR Modular Envy Helmet

The Modular, or Flip Front Helmet is a versatile design for high performance street and touring. The FFR is the ultimate multifunctional helmet and the most technically advanced offering from KBC. The patented MagCam System enables the chin bar to “slide, tuck and lock” into place with a lower profile enabling “open face” riding at high speeds with no noticeable drag or lift, making the FFR fully functional with the face shield in the up or down position. High quality alloy and magnesium components provide smooth reliable operation and blends with the FFR’s unique styling to compliment any street bike, making it ideal for Touring, Cruising, or Sport riding.
  • POWERCORE Shell constructed using an advanced alloy resin, resulting in a high energy absorption helmet
  • AIR-INTAKE VENTILATION SYSTEM(AiVS), permits efficient draw, circulation and venting of airflow for optimum comfort in all conditions
  • QUICK RELEASE VISOR PLUS(QRV+), optically correct, scratch resistant, anti-fog shield utilizes a tool-less QVR+ system and seals securely when closed to the helmet’s RIB system

Jim Boyer Manchester,  CT I'm lovin' it! I tried this on at my local Honda shop (who only wanted $180 more) so I got the right size the first time. Sizing chart seems accurate to me. Fit, finish, appearance and cost are all outstanding. Good weight, not excessively noisy and airflow seems quite adequate so far but we've had a very cool June here. Shipping was incredibly fast. I ordered online @ 5PM (EDT) on the Friday before Memorial Day, at 7:30 that night I had an email that the item had shipped and it arrived on Tues. OUTSTANDING!

Ted Dunbar Austin,  TX KBC - FFR Modular Envy Helmet It is a little on the heavy side, but overall I like this helmet. The fit & finish and airflow are good and having the ability to open the entire front of the helmet in hot weather is very beneficial. Overall an excellent value.

Roger Ankeny,  IA A Nice Surprise! I wanted a flip-open helmet at a reasonable price. When online, I found this helmet on sale. It looked good and was offered with a reasonable return policy. My concern was fit and quality of construction. Using the size chart, I ordered one. Well, the risk paid off. The helmet is well made, fits great, and all features work well. I also found that the face shield is not difficult to change once you understand the orientation of the tabs at the hinge area of the shield. An excellent value for the sale price.

Steven tracy,  CA KBC - FFR Modular Envy Cannot beat the price. Helmet is light weight and comfortable. Air vents work well. Only drawback I have found is the wind noise requires the use of ear plugs .

rich Forty fort,  PA Love it I really love this helmet. Fits perfect. Easy to get on and can wear my regular sunglasses with it. Looks good and had several people ask me where I got it. Great helmet especially for the price.
