This is a great helmet. Excellent airflow, with easy operate vents. It was the only helmet that did not fog up when I was testing them for airflow. I wish the helmets came in basic gloss black. I have both the dragon and crusader helmets. Great buy.

I love it. The size fit great, not loose but not that tight. I thought the lights were lame at first, but you learn to joke around since not many helmets have lights. Air flow isn't great but you get some air and it hardly fogs up.

Great Cost Effective Helmet with Bonuses and Features
I have tried 5 different helmets from Motorcycle Superstore, their great customer service has allowed me to return hazard free 2 that did not work and I have kept the other 3, GM68 Dragon Helmet is my favorite, it fits great, plenty of vents, because of the constant airflow, you will stay fresh but with potential of a crazy hairdo when you take it off, the LED lights in the back is a welcome bonus, battery incorporated, the tinted additional visor is of superior optic quality and equally fog proof as the transparent, another cost saving bonus, plus really easy to change, no tool needed, it is light weight, aerodynamic, will not twist your neck in the wind, the visor fits the helmet tight, no unwanted airflow unless you open the visor, it gives you the chance for a minimum opening, not available to others, the foam inside is comfortable, plenty of space for the nose which is the problem I have with other visors, it cost less than $120 with coupons and free shipping (look online) and I have needed to return Vemar's that cost nearly 3 times more, the only detail for me was the helmet is a bit short on the chin part, probably due to my head shape, sometimes I need to accommodate the helmet to not expose my chin and the net that limit the airflow from under the helmet to the chin is another nice feature and you will want to have it when you ride in the cool or cold weather.

better than the icon
I have an icon helmet, and this helmet is so much cooler than the icon, as in temperture. It is louder than the icon once I go over like 50, but I can still hear on the radio. the visor is awesome, and clear. I will buy one again when needed. lots of people like the look of the helmet too and like the led lights as well. Good helmet

Great helmet!
I have one of those hard-to-fit noggins -- oval. I tried a BUNCH on, and nothing fit. I happened to come upon some Gmax's, and they fit great. I was afraid that I'd be stuck paying $500+ to get a helmet that fit... The rear light is a big bonus -- 2 flashing modes, 1 steady mode. Even without the breath guard, the visor stays clear. The venting works well too. The only complaint I have is that my nose touches the inside of the chin guard... But if you had a nose like mine it would touch too. 99.9% of the population wouldn't have this problem.

GM68 Dragon Helmet
I love this helmet. I had a 3/4 but it would lift at speed, so I wanted to go to a full face. I read a review on webbikeworld.com about this helmet and decided to try it. Size chart was right on. My only problem is that my nose touches the chin bar inside on the padding. No biggie still love it. My head is roundish so take that into consideration when you buy.

Fits great, very comfortable, no pressure points, only worn in cooler weather but fogged a bit when I rode in 40 degree weather, but overall, no complaints. Can’t beat the price with the extras you get. I'd buy it again.

Very Nice Helmet
The size chart was excellent. The helmet fit just fine. Took it out on the road and had a Blast. The helmet wasn't noisy and there was plenty of air flow as well. My only complaint with this helmet is the nose. I have a small nose and it brush against the nose guard. Other than that I will recommend this helmet and plus the lights on the back WORK GREAT. I notice people don't tailgate me as much

I was very pleased by the order. I was skeptical about the size chart but it turned out to be very accurate. I received the delivery in a timely basis. When I opened the box I was pleased to see that the quality of the product was excellent for such a low price. There are helmets out there at $300 - $500 and more and yet sometimes the quality is not so great. The fit was excellent. Visibility with the shield down is great. The vents work great and I like the LED on the back of the helmet. I think it’s a great safety feature. I would definitely recommend this helmet or any of the 68 series helmets from G-Max.

I am very impressed with the helmet. Sizing was right on. With all the vents open the air flow is great. All the extras were great with the tinted shield and the smoke light cover. I have gotten a lot of comments on the helmet. The only drawback to this helmet is wearing glasses, it doesn't seem like it was made for them.

What a great helmet!
I had to borrow a helmet until this helmet arrived. What a difference. The first was not a cheap helmet at all. The gmax is so much more comfortable. The fit is a size bigger than chart. The vents work great. I'm glad I read the reviews on this one. They were right on and I can't complain about my first helmet purchase..

The sound can be fixed by 2 ways...
The plastic area can be filed and toyed with until you get rid of the area that’s doing it, or just throw some headphones in the helmet and listen to music. That’s how I fixed it. Great helmet with a lot of features for the price!

Great Lid
Great price, lightweight, great airflow keeps me well ventilated in 94 degree heat and 74% humidity. Increased air meant additional noise inside not as much as I expected with all the vents that it has. Interior padding not as plush as my other helmet, but it's still very comfortable. So light I don't get neck strains like my other helmet. I can wear it all day and night no problem. The added safety of the rear light made me very happy. Outstanding graphics also on it.

Awesome! I wanted a well vented helmet for long summer rides and this is it. Comes with a nice bag, two visors, and love the lights on the back. It is a little noisy at freeway speeds but I've found it's not from any of the vents but the top left side of the visor doesn't fit tight and whistles a little. With ear plugs or headphones in it's not noticeable.
The fitting chart is right on. Looks sweet and was a steal compared to other higher-end helmets that aren't vented near as well.

Hands down the best buy on the market. I've tried on various other brands and the fit of the GMax is dead on. Nice paint job, Tinted Visor, Bags for both, Extra batteries, and a blackout piece for the L.E.D. light if you wish for a little over 100 bucks! I hope they stick to the same pricing and quality unlike some others out there. Motorcycle Superstore is great. Purchased a few things now...3 thumbs up!

I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the helmet. Pros of this helmet include outstanding graphics, superb ventilation, visor is crystal clear and optically correct, at times it seems as if nothing is there. The helmet is very light, and the accessories it included were great. The only thing I had to get used too is the helmet is a little noisier than others, but considering the ventilation it's not that bad. The low cost is also a good thing. Would highly recommend this helmet to others.

Poor Qaulity
On the high side this helmet has good ventilation and when not falling apart looks good. That leads me to the bad side --- I have had this helmet 2 weeks now - 1 of the rear vent ports has fallen off entirely, the rubber piece which the visor sits against is loose and you must take great care not to pull it off. I would strongly discourage anyone considering this helmet from getting it.

Great looking helmet, top style graphics. I was highly impressed with its over-all quality for the price~ it’s well worth it! Vents do the job by keeping you cool, while riding in hek's heat of FL. Light in the back of the helmet shows up well at night, and with 3 different settings it makes it excellent to warn all those drivers not to hit you.*Switching from clear lens to dark tint was Very Simple* Only minor problems that I had with it were- The fit/padding around the cheeks was a bit squishing' but it'll wear down after a few times out. And the noise of the wind streaming through the air vents was pretty loud; correcting the problem= wearing my MP3 solved it. In all... It's a sharp Helmet!*

Great helmet. This is a noisy helmet unless u wear ear plugs. If you like to wear your iPod this helmet is for you. There is no foam covering your ears. So there is no pressure from the foam pushing the earphones into your ear. This is probably the reason why it is a bit louder! Great price. Great quality. You can't beat this price. I get a lot of looks from the helmet! The tinted visor that came with the helmet got hit by a pretty big rock the first hour I was riding. Didn’t even scratch it! The tinted and clear visors are great! Optically correct. No aberration in the shields at all! You won't be disappointed with this helmet!

M/S neglected to mention helmet came with additional lens for rear light, as well as tinted shield and bag- kind of a bonus. Helmet fits a bit tight around my nose, but for these features and benefits it's WELL worth the $!

I used the review on web bike world to make my decision. There are simply way too many helmets out there to know which are the best for the best price. Sure I could spend $600.00 on a Shoei helmet and really get the best helmet hands down. However in today’s economy, it’s sad to say I didn't have that kind of change to plunk down. I wanted a Shoei but I just couldn't afford it. This Gmax helmet was a great surprise though. I have had about 5 helmets over the course of 20 years and this is the best one I have owned. For the price and features and the included accessories you just can't beat it. I live in Florida and I needed a helmet with maximum cooling. This helmet has that. It has the tinted and clear visor. And it has been a quiet helmet as well. I always use earplugs but this helmet is pretty good. If you are a serious speed racer then you probably want the Shoei X-eleven and you should save your pennies for that one instead.

Great Helmet
I bought this helmet to replace my Gmax GM58. While it's not as quiet, it's still a whole lot better taking into account the better airflow. It can get pretty loud over 45-50 miles per hour. Also, the LED lights in the back are a great feature. Lighting them up while riding at night makes me feel a little more confident people will see me. The weight isn't too bad, but it's not a Suomy. The vision is great and clear. The helmet even comes with a tinted visor if you prefer it over the standard clear one.

This helmet fits ok. I bought it because of all the vents this helmet has but it does not seem to provide much more cooling air than my other helmets. I get a lot of wind noise at all speeds. But for $120.00 not bad.

Little disappointed.
This is a nice looking/fitting helmet, and after a weekend of 300 miles, I found this helmet to be EXTREMELY noisy. Even with all the vents closed I could barely hear much. My biggest compliant is an annoying high-pitched "whistling" produced at speeds above 40mph. My HJC never made this much noise. Overall, it’s a decent buy for $107, if you can deal with the noise production.

GMax - GM68 Dragon Helmet
The GMax - GM68 is an impressive Helmet loaded with features, especially considering the price. I normally never order anything to wear over the web because of sizing issues, but Web Bike World's review sold me. And it fit as expected. The LED light is a nice feature. Lots of vents aid airflow. Only negative is wind noise. The GM68 will make a nice summer/warm weather helmet and will complement my HJC Axis (another great lid) nicely.

Better than most!
I have had this helmet for about a month now. It was kind of tight when I first got it, but the padding is molding to my head nicely. With a little more time, it will fit perfectly. My only concern with the fit is the fact that I can reach out and touch the inside of the chin bar with my lips, but this seems common with most helmets I have tried on. It is very comfortable when riding. Very stable at speed. Gusts don't upset it like my old KBC. Ventilation is excellent. Rather quiet, too. The only real noise comes from the little vents on the chin bar, but the included foam plugs take care of that without impacting airflow through the helmet. The finish is among the better that I have seen, especially when the price is factored in. It looks like the durability will be average. The materials look comparable to most helmets in the 150-250 dollar range. The inclusion of the bag and tinted visor were very nice. I would definitely recommend one of these helmets. The airflow should be most welcome during our lovely Houston summers.

Great helmet with a minor complaint
Trust the Gmax fitting guide - It recommended a Medium helmet (usually wear a large or XL in other brands) and it fit like a glove. The faceplate is the clearest I have ever seen. The LED’s are great for night riding. My only complaint is that the button snap on the chin strap broke after just two weeks, and now I have to tuck the excess strap up by my ear.

Can't beat it for the money
This is a great lid that flows plenty of air. Avoid riding below 40* without a neck gaiter. The vent mechanisms are pretty sturdy, and the optical clarity of the visors is very impressive. You forget you're wearing it. Fit seems to be more round than oval. But fits true to sizing. A tiny bit short on the bottom, around the neck and chin, but not enough to be a nuisance.

Excellent Price Great Features
The venting has proven well during the colder and warmer Texas season. Fogging is minimal if any at all. Graphics are good, however chips easily. Fit is firm and comfortable however does irritate (bruising and edema) inside the outer ear if taken on and off frequently during ride stops. Price point and accessories that come with, exceptional. All in all a great functional helmet!

I have an AFX and this one is far superior and less money! The acuity of the clear lens is second to none. It is a great buy and looks great. I bought a large and the fit is snug but I have not been able to wear it for more than an hour or two so far. The light bar on the back is great for visibility! It is also a lot quieter than my other helmet too. I would recommend this helmet to anyone.

I just got this helmet a couple of days ago and I love it. The fit is great, I own three other helmets and out of all of them the gmax is the best. Great fit and it comes with a lot of extras like a helmet bag lens bag and it even has a extra tinted shield that comes with it. Also got a smoke lens for the light on the rear of the helmet and the price is great I would recommend this helmet any day.

Get what you pay for......
First off, I love the helmet. I used to ride in a Shoie RF-800 for last 8 years. That helmet became part of me during those years. I knew exactly what each additional mile on the speedometer sounded like. I am a proud owner of GM68 and it's a love hate relationship. First off, it fits great. I do have a big head and it fits like a glove. I use glasses to ride which slip inside without any problem. The both pairs feel great and never get uncomfortable. It's really light, steady and comfortable compared to the RF-800, but is nothing like the good old RF-800 when it comes to sound. It is loud; I ride short a muffler, street fighter front, no fairing, ready to battle 99 R1. At 65 mph there is so much wind noise that you can't hear road noise.

I love it! This helmet is not only light weight but it is cool looking too. I love all the vents and the way they rout the air flow through the inside of the helmet. I had issues with my visor fogging with my old helmet but not with this one. It's just plain awesome!

Excellent helmet!
I absolutely LOVE my new helmet! I previously used a 'half-helmet' with a shield that flips up and on cold days there was no protection against the cold wind and it was torture. Now with this helmet there is only just enough air coming in to keep it ventilated and on warm days. Another great thing is the price: it exceeded my expectations for just over $100 including shipping. It feels like it was much more expensive and I can’t even imagine a better helmet. I am definitely satisfied and would recommend it to everyone! The clear shield is great, it looks like I don’t even have one it’s so clear, which definitely helps at night, or in any situation with limited visibility. I would even go so far as to say its better than actual vision, if it were possible, but that’s how it seems. Another thing I am happy about is the way it fits: like a glove. Basically, everything is perfect about it.

Bargain of the year
Fantastic helmet for the price. Definitely recommend buying one. Great price and value! The webpage doesn't mention it, but mine came with an extra tinted visor, visor cover, helmet bag, and a tinted cover for the back lights. Flows more air than any other helmet I've ever had. The batteries on the back light last a long time, I accidentally left it on all day and it hasn't died yet. I always forget to either turn the lights on, or off. It flows more air than any helmet I've ever had, and with so many vents it's easy to forget to close one of them. Two of the vents on the chin bar don't have a switch, but rather a piece of form fitted foam to block the holes from the inside, which is a little bit annoying if you change them a lot. Tad bit loud, but once you put some speakers in its perfect. Overall the negatives aren't that bad, and are definitely mitigated by only having to pay just over $100.

Best of 2007
Overall the features are what you would expect from a $400 plus dollar helmet! I ordered one for me to see if the review was correct and WOW! I liked so much I ordered one for my wife. I gave the fit a 4 only because it was a tad tight for an XL, but I am sure this will work out with saddle time. Love the light feature on the back of the helmet.

I have used the helmet for about a month, it is a good value, comfortable, quiet and light. Plus the led lights adds more visibility at night. The graphics are good quality. For the price you cannot beat this helmet. But don't expect too much.

Nice Helmet....one negative
This helmet looks great, and the light on the back is great for visibility. The helmet limits airflow from the bottom of the helmet which is great, but even at lower speeds the helmet has an awful whistle. I am not sure yet since I bought this helmet in the winter and have only been out a couple times, but I will probably be wearing my HJC for long trips.

Gmax = the max
The GM68 Dragon full-face helmet is an incredible helmet at an incredible price. One of my friends says that I'm the Imelda Marcos of helmets, so I think I can say that I have a basis of comparison. This helmet rocks! Fit, finish, function, form: all good. For the price, you simply can't beat it. I've been wearing it for a few weeks, and only have one minor little complaint: it fogs up in the morning at stoplights. Luckily, they have a visor setting that's just barely cracked open. Perfect! Takes care of fog breath in an instant. Otherwise, love this helmet. Buy with confidence!!!

Over all, I recommend this helmet to others. It has 6 vents for serious riders. Not to sure on the durability due to chips coming off from rocks hitting it, but.... for the price, nice design, and keeping my head cool, I’m getting another just like it with a diff design.
