  • The Mainframe helmet from Icon was designed with the rider's safety, fit and function in mind
  • The shell is constructed of a Fiberglass/Dyneema blend and is lined with a dual density styrene liner for incredible strength without unnecessary weight
  • Features include a Venturi super-vent system for the ultimate in airflow
  • A three forehead switch acts as an additional ram-air vent to significantly increase the overall cooling of the helmet
  • Internal on/off chin exhaust switch offers control of escaping air
  • Removable molded breath deflector reduces shield fogging
  • Positive-lock chin venting system helps prevent fogging
  • Removable/washable cheek pads with formed ear pockets that can accept communication or audio speakers

Leon Fort Hood,  TX The last helmet I'll ever buy This helmet to sum it up in a few words, is simply the best helmet ever made. I bought the helmet really late, it is now discontinued, I was searching for a med size, the size I wear in Alliance SSR I came across a Lg in a local dealer showroom floor, and it fits just like a Med Alliance SSR. The graphics speak for itself much better in person and just cooky! Everyone turns their head to take a gander. The airflow is amazing and I got it for a great price. This is the only helmet I want and will ever have from this point forward. I look forward to the other mainframe designs but I doubt anything will top this.

Daniel Burlingame,  CA Awesome Helmet!! This helmet is awesome!! The graphics on the helmet are amazing and you get a lot of attention when you carry this around. Pros: Attention getter, great graphics, great comfort and quiet helmet as well. Cons: changing the visor can be very difficult in the beginner due to the locking system. You can google how to change mainframe shields and practice a little and you'll be fine. Everything else is great!

I think the helmet looks more like a women's design. So bad the shields are not scratch free and sometimes it fogs up.

Seth Davis Walkertown,  NC EPIC I love this helmet. I have had so many compliments on it. It fits so tight and there is no wind in it, which is a huge bonus for me wearing contacts. The extra shield is super sexy, just be sure to wash carefully as it's scratched easily. Icon helmets are super high quality. Right up there with the $800 helmets I've seen.

Jason Vancouver,  BC Wicked helmet! This thing is awesome!! So much quieter inside than my previous HJC! The fit is perfect and the finish is even better in person. I get looks and compliments everywhere I go. I'd recommend it to everyone but I wanna be the only one with it!

Scott Swanson Freeland,  MD Perfecto!! I'm a new, novice rider and wanted something that was visible (the yellow and red works). I tried helmets at retail stores and XL is my size, no different with this helmet -- fits perfectly, snug but extremely comfortable. Comes with a second visor (silver) in addition to the clear -- nice bonus -- and a bag protector/carrier. Ventilation is decent.

Deanna Novi,  MI Hilarious AND Safe!!! This helmet is not only comfortable, bright, and easily visible to the motorists around you, but it is also incredibly entertaining. The fit is perfect, like a glove. The coloring and graphics are the main reason that I purchased the helmet, it really sticks out from my black bike and black leathers. A huge bonus was that it came with a comic strip that made us all laugh histerically. "A battle of epic commences!" You've GOT to check it out.

Bryan Oakes clemmons,  NC This Helmet Rocks I bought this last week and it is beautiful. I ordered the exact size I needed "none of this order one size up junk". The helmet fit perfect, the finish is awesome. I usually where Shark Helmets, but after this I'm switching to Icon. The shipping was so fast, it was unreal. 2 days and it was on my doorstep. Walter Baton Rouge,  LA Great Buy This is a great helmet. The finish looks better in person and the fit is right on the money. Another review said to order one size up, so I ordered a large as opposed to my normal medium and that was perfect. You will really get noticed with this and I get complements all the time. I wish that it was easier to change the visor, but other than that, great buy.
