These gloves feel great and the build quality seems to be top notch. Keeps cool, even in hot and humid weather while being very comfortable. The underside of the hand is all leather so I'd feel confident in protection. Pros - Cool and comfortable feeling protected.
Cons - I have skinny wrists and my gloves are slightly too large for my hands but the Velcro strap is made of rubber and it's natural shape likes to pull apart from the other side of the Velcro so be sure to order the glove at the proper size or go slightly smaller.

Awesome Glove
I have nothing negative to say about this glove. For $50 this is a great deal. Comfortable glove, very cool while riding, you can really feel the breeze over your hand while riding. If only my hand grips were vented on my bike to cool off my palm. Awesome summer riding gloves. Great protection for not being a full wrist glove.

Phoenix 3.0 Glove
The glove looks good and is comfortable to wear during the hot weather. However, be careful with your glove size. I first ordered X/L and couldn't get them on my hands and returned for XX/L. The gloves fit my hand but the fingers are a little too long.
