Icon Tarmac 3 Gloves

Hopefully everyone knows the history of Icon. Who they are, why they do what they do. If not we’ll give you a quick reminder – they came from the dirt (not in a literal sense, literally we came from the gutter and still spend evenings their on occasion). By dirt we mean to say that early childhood was spent running MX bikes through the woods, poaching a ride in a vacant lot, and occasionally, when parents weren’t looking, ripping up the streets of the Midwest. When they turned sixteen they graduated to street bikes and have been running on multiple cylinders ever since.

But the MX aesthetic has never fully left their system and on occasion seeps back into the product line, this time under the name Tarmac 3 glove. All the of the styling from modern MX gloves but built to do battle with an asphalt adversary. Goatskin palm and finger gussets help protect precious digits while mesh and rubber intake vents serve to cool and refresh. True street gloves with the soul of a misspent dirt bike youth.

David San Antonio,  TX Good Comfortable Gloves Gloves are comfortable and well vented. The leather palms are soft and durable. I bought the "infantry" green ones...well..cause I'm in the infantry. Sizing ran small. I ordered my usual large and they are just a bit small...probably could have gotten extra large, but don't know how they'll stretch out.

William Anderson Ft. Hood,  TX EXCELLENT GLOVE!!! Excellent gloves! They match my ICON WARTHOG helmet perfectly. It’s hotter than you know where down here and the gloves breathe nicely, not too hot. They could be a little easier to put on though. They're kind of tight in the neck of the glove. They seem to be pretty true to size. I ordered a L at first and sent them back for a M. VERY SATISFIED WITH THESE GLOVES!!!

Nick Los Angeles,  CA Love the look and feel of full hand style glove Fit is very fitted to your hand if chart is followed. Ventilation is perfect for me, love the placement. Glove is a little too well fitted but I guess it's normal. Wear is a little much for a month now, or more than expected.

Brendan Smith Carrollton,  TX Decent Gloves These gloves seem pretty well made. I have slender long fingers and I bought a large pair. The fingers might be a tad short for me and I've noticed some fatigue on the outer edge of my hand because of this. With each use they seem to be breaking in nicely. I won't knock these guys too much for the fit but they seem to be geared for riders with fingers that aren't obscenely long like mine. Styling is very nice and the grips provide a lot of friction and great control. I expect them to last about 6 months or so. I'd recommend them as a good pair of summer gloves.

Matt St. Louis,  MO Order One Size Bigger! These gloves definitely run one size smaller so no matter what size you think you wear order one size bigger. I usually wear a medium and according to the size chart I wear a medium so I ordered a medium. Guess what, they were way too small, so I had to return them and get a large, which still feel a little snug. The overall style of the glove and quality is great, I like the way the vents on the knuckle let in air but also provide protection. I got these for summer time so I haven’t really gotten to test them out that much, but so far so good.

Pete MacNair Medford ,  OR Good Gloves All around good glove for warm and cool (58deg.F+)weather. Recent colder mornings have me looking for warmer gloves but I'm still using these. They fit good and seem to be wearing well. They provide a good grip on controls, air flow, and I would buy them again. Good buy, good glove.

Liem Tran Spring,  TX Icon Tarmac 3 Great Product, I've been using it everyday in the Houston, TX heat and humidity and it breathes just fine. The only downside is its a little pricey and wish they had a little more padding on the palm side.
