Alpinestars’ S-MX Plus racing boot raises performance and safety to new and unmatched levels with its innovative design, structural protection and comfort.

Features:
  • Contoured shin plate protector is injected with high modulus PU for superior impact and abrasion resistance
  • U shaped calf protector is impact resistant and protects the ankle and calf area. Additional protection is provided by the top recessed buckle structure
  • Interchangeable bi-injected PU toe sliders with snap-in assembly
  • Wide and ventilated heel counter extends to the ankles and is combined with a shock absorbing padded insert and self-molding foam ankle protectors
  • Replaceable sliders are positioned in the back and external section of the heel to allow the boot to slide and absorb shocks
  • Injected PU material extended to the to area
  • Large instep flex zone for maximum comfort and flexibility
  • Lorica and leather upper
  • Sole has been designed for improved feeling between the rider's foot and the pegs of the motorcycle

steve New York,  NY Nice Boot So far boot seems great. Good fit, seems like excellent protection, which is a big reason I got these (haven’t tested that part yet)...yes they do squeak some but that doesn’t bother me. Only minor issue as someone else mentioned, it can be a little tuff getting foot in position for up-shifting on the track...this seems to be getting better. Oh yea they look pretty cool too. Am very happy with them so far.

rob Rochester,  MN Decent They look sharp. They're a little stiff and not too graceful to walk in. Unfortunately, as I've heard many times with Alpinestar boots and others with all that plastic, they do make some weird clicking noises with each step. Personally, I've found it tougher to find my way around the shifter and brake with these. I think it's because of the added size and thickness of the boot. On the bright side, I feel protected with these on my feet. For some reason I've had a hard time getting the zippers up on this model... I've noticed it when trying on different pairs of the same boot. I almost forgot, the venting is pretty good too. I can feel it going through my toes at highway speeds.

A.J. Spence Hull,  GA Serious Track Boot Fits true to size, the interior bootie is excellent for fine fit adjustment. Good peg grip at speed, flexible enough to move around on the pegs especially the ball of the foot making foot position effortless when preparing for the corners; no binding or pressure points, you just forget they are on your feet. Very comfortable to walk around in the pits, the venting is excellent and begins to flow well at anything over 50mph. They are light-years ahead of the standard boot. Liked them so much I bought a second pair for my Son.

Les Germany,  AE Boots are nice, but... These are some of the most comfortable boots that I could have bought for the price. There are only two problems. Since I am a rather thin guy, even when tucking my pants into them they are not tight. Second, after using them for about a day, I noticed a funny sound. The advertising seal on the boot is not flush and so it clicks with every step. Gets a little annoying.

Bjorn Mahopac,  NY Loving them Fit is great but I would order a half size smaller then the sneakers you wear. I wear a 11 sneaker but got these in 10 1/2 and fit perfect. they broke in fast and once broken in felt great. The vents do work once you get up to speed but do get hot when sitting in traffic but i think any boot will. I have not yet crash tested and don't plan on it but they do offer very high protection of shins and foot/ankle.
