Phillip Medford,  OR SIDI Canyon boots I ride a Beemer sport tourer, these are my first pair of riding boots, bought 'em 3 yrs ago and they are great. The shifting is supprisingly sensitive considering the thickness of the soles. They are comfortable for hours on the bike and even for some short hikes. Pretty much true to size they fit my wide foot with a high instep without too much breaking in...they get better with time. The velcro/ ratchet strap allow for a wide range of sock thicknesses. These guys are warm, dry and durable. The lug soles are handy for stability when you stop on those gravely back road intersections.

David San Jose,  CA Love These Boots I wanted a pair of sport-touring riding boots that I could wear in warm or cool, dry or wet conditions. I also wanted boots that could be worn outside or inside of my riding pants, and that were light in weight. I looked at quite a few on-line reviews before I purchased these Sidi Canyon boots. They were expensive, but so far have performed just as I hoped. I have ridden them in 90 degree plus weather and haven't found them excessively hot. They're easy to put on and comfortable to walk in when off of the bike. I haven't yet tested them in the rain or cold weather.

Johnny Kalamazoo,  MI Great boots! These boots seems to be worth the money. Very sturdy construction and made with quality materials. Have not tried them in the rain yet to verify how waterproof they are. Easy to put on and take off with the velcro closure. The buckle strap system works good also. They seem very stiff in the toe area. The ankle protection is not the greatest but that is normal with this type of street boot. I normally wear a size 10.5 wide shoe. I purchased these in size 11 and there is just enough room for my wide feet. They are about as comfortable to walk around in all day as you would expect from a boot that is made for protection.

DB Seattle,  WA Great all-round boot I've had these boots about 3 months. I've used them as my only boot riding. Easy to get in/out of. But getting the strap hooked in each time took some patience as it was easy to get jammed crooked. I think it just takes some practice. No leaks in the rain. Great boot, but kind of pricey.

Aaron Coleman Seattle,  WA Sidi Canyon Boots I'll admit I bought these boots on looks and Sidi's reputation. I love almost everything about them but I wish that they came in more half sizes as I am a size 9 in US and the closest size is a EUR 42 which translates to a size 8.5 US. Strangely the boots still seem a bit large.

nc Cary,  NC Highly recommended These boots fit comfortably right out of the package with no need for breaking in. I especially like them because they are well armored but still have the look of a cruiser style boot (I ride a Harley FXD). I also like the shift pad, which should increase the life span of the boot.

Marc F. Brooklyn,  NY Good solid boot Comfortable solid boot. Kept my feet dry and warm in hours of heavy rain riding. Lug sole feels planted and gives good traction. Not as comfortable for walking as my tourmaster solutions, but a better overall boot.

David Jacobs Auburn,  AL Water-proof, cool-looking - Water-proof after 30 minutes of rain - Keeps shins warm on winter morning commute - Relatively cool at 82 degrees w/thin socks - You can walk just fine in these when off the bike - Great protection and good-looking boots (functional, yet stylish) - Only con is the price - these boots are way expensive!

Tom Wright Grayslake,  IL Sidi - Canyon Gore-Tex Boots These are the first motorcycle boots I've owned. My cowboy boots of 25 years finally wore out and I wanted something with more protection and waterproof. I liked the looks of the Sidi Canyons and ordered a pair. I'm a 10.5 so I ordered size 45. They felt a little large so I ordered a size smaller, size 44, for comparison. The 44s fit perfectly. I just got back from 4 days in the Ozarks and the boots were very comfortable. My only problem was the thickness of the soles and the position of my shift lever. You will need to adjust it up. I can't speak to the water resistance of the boots as it only rained a little. The boots are very lightweight and the adjustment strap is a snap to use.

Robert Dresser Parksville,  BC Been There, Done That Got these boots a couple of years ago. I've worn them from the northern end of Vancouver Island to the southern tip of Baja, from the east coast to the west coast, summer and winter, dry and an awful lot of rain. My feet were never wet, never cold and never uncomfortable. I ride, year round, a BMW R12GS so I travel a lot of secondary roads and paths. These Canyons have held up to it all. I expect to get at least two more years before I buy another pair.

Paul Winchester,  VA Gore Tex Canyon I was looking for boot that will hold up over the long haul; non-molded sole; and more importantly keep water out. After riding in 2 driving rains, ea ride more than 90 mins - so far so good. This boot is kind of wide and cavernous. It runs true to size to slightly larger to true. Replacing the insole with a heavier one has helped cure the looseness issue and I hope has it breaks in it will form to my foot like lighter 3-yr old SIDI touring boot.

Leo Aronson Eureka,  CA epic boot excellent boot! You might pay a little more but its worth it. Just finished a 3500 mile ride with temps. from @25-85 degrees and the boots were comfortable with the right socks. I didn't have more then 20-30 minutes of rain or snow to test the waterproofing but they seemed to work fine. easy in and out and the buckle is like a snowboard binding if you are familiar with those, i would highly recomend the boot.

Brian OConnor APO,  AE Nice Boot I think these boots are great. They do run a bit large...for me a half size. They are also a bit stiff and require a bit of break in. Even though they are a bit stiff they gave me no hotspots walking for a couple of hours. They get more comfortable with use. They are new so durability and waterproofing are TBD. The soles are thick and prevent slipping so I think that they will hold up fine...I bought them in Germany and they are a bit cheaper but still a good chunk.

Richard Legako Edmond,  OK Good Value I wear a 10.5 shoe and had to go with the size 11 boot. It is a little large but will have room for heavy socks in cold weather. The arch straps allow me to tighten the fit and they are very comfortable for walking. I have not yet used them in wet weather. I found the finish and materials to be worth the price.

Rob Qualicum Beach,  BC Sidi Canyon These are the finest motorcycle boots I've owned. I've worn them to ride across Canada and from Vancouver Island down through southern Mexico. Hot or cold, dry or wet - they've been through it all - and performed flawlessly. If they wear out before I do, I think I'd just order another pair.

Rob Little Rock,  AR Canyon Gore-Tex I absolutly love the boot with one exception, they are a little large on me. I followed the euro sizing in my shoes and my heel comes out just a little. Other than that I don't have a bad thing at all to say about them. They are comfortable to walk around in, I can feel the brake and can shift easily, my feet stay warm and dry and they hold up extremely well. It is well worth the money.

Bill Sawyer West Monroe,  LA Sidi Canyon Gore Tex Boots It’s very comfortable, excellent fit and good looks. Haven't had them wet yet so cannot judge waterproofing. I could wear these boots all the time. Have not had them long enough to judge durability, but expect them to be long lasting. Excellent product.

mark patrick Victoria,  BC Sidi Canyon I have owned these boots for about a month now, and they have seen all types of weather, mostly rain, here on the west coast. They have kept my feet completely dry, on my daily commute. The leather is very comfortable, and with decent socks, they have kept my feet warm through freezing weather. They are great for dualsport riders or sport touring. The velcro closures work quite well, enabling you to have some adjustment. The buckle system works quite well also, it takes a few minutes to figure out, but once you do, it makes sense. These boots are a bit taller at the toes, so I had to adjust for that when shifting, but they feel very positive, and offer good protection. These are well made Italian boots, and Sidi has been making boots for years! Highly recommended.

Tony Seaside,  CA Sidi Canyon Boots The boots look great. I like the dual leather treatment. They feel great right out of the box. I have not had a chance to test the Gore-Tex barrier but have experience with other Gore-Tex products and if these are the same then they should be great at keeping the water out. My only complaint is that the adjustment buckle maxes out too soon. I would like to be able to tighten them some more.

Mario Washington,  DC Sidi Canyon Boot Just finished a 4000-mile trip through South America with these boots. Pros: Excellent quality materials and workmanship; truly waterproof; great added protection over regular street boots; very good lug sole; fairly comfortable to walk with; taller than other boots. You'll feel at home if you used enduro boots before. Cons: Not suitable for cold weather (my feet got a bit cold at around 40 degrees, even with thick socks); the buckle mechanism fell off once (a screw fell off, fortunately I f

Sidi Canyon Boot Arlington,  LA Great for dual sport touring Nicely built, high quality boots. Much more protection than regular street boots. Perfect for sport touring. Lug sole is great, gives you an extra half inch of reach. OK to walk in although much stiffer than regular street boots. Will take a bit longer than normal to break in. Not sure they'll work for really cold weather. My feet got a bit cold at 40 degrees. Expensive but worth it.

Greg Los Angeles,  CA Canyon Gore-Tex Boot These took forever to get. Nonetheless, they are very well made and comfy. I and a 9.5 men's (U.S) and that roughly translates to a 43. I was concerned it might be too big, but it's fine. I might have been able to try a 42 but there is very little movement and I could always get an insert which would only enhance the comfort. They are very comfy. I haven't used them a lot and have only been on a couple of rides but all is well so far.
