Product Description
Sidi Canyon Gore-Tex Boots

Sidi, continuously researching new technological solutions to enhance rider safety, is proud to present the Canyon Gore-Tex boot. With Sidi’s great style, feel, support and quality there are no finer performance off road boots in the world.

Non-Bootie Designs: Sidi boots do not incorporate inner booties into their design, and for good reason. Booties make the design larger and cumbersome; add to the boot’s thickness, which interferes with shifting, plus the inner booties retain body heat affecting the rider’s performance and comfort.

Gore-Tex: Striving for peak performance? Whether it’s a day on a wet track, a long distance tour through all types of conditions, or simply pursuing your everyday adventures, Sidi GORE-TEX® lined boots will help you get there. Designed to provide comfort and protection, Sidi GORE-TEX® boots keep your feet dry, even when you encounter snow, or rain. Each Sidi GORE-TEX® boot is totally waterproof to keep moisture from penetrating inside, yet incredibly breathable to allow sweat to escape. This high breathability is critical to your comfort because, simply put, sweaty feet are uncomfortable feet. Inside waterproof boots that are not breathable, moisture builds up and has nowhere to go. It then remains trapped against your skin, leaving your feet clammy, uncomfortable, and more prone to develop blisters.

This can be even more of a problem in high aerobic activities because the more active you are, the more your feet sweat — we’re talking up to one full cup of water a day! Sidi’s GORE-TEX® lined boots is specifically designed to provide comfort and protection on a hard ride or for longer rides when the weather is warmer. The patented GORE-TEX® bootie is where it all starts. Nestled between the boot’s outer top grain leather and the inner liner, this bootie keeps water out while letting your perspiration vapor escape. As part of Sidi’s waterproof guarantee, EVERY bootie and boot produced is tested for waterproofness and breathability. And, to make sure the whole boot breathes the way it should, all leather and other textile materials used to construct Sidi GORE-TEX® boots are tested for breathability as well. So go on — take that extra step. Take it in total comfort because you’re wearing Sidi GORE-TEX® boots!

Johnny Kalamazoo,  MI Great boots! These boots seems to be worth the money. Very sturdy construction and made with quality materials. Have not tried them in the rain yet to verify how waterproof they are. Easy to put on and take off with the velcro closure. The buckle strap system works good also. They seem very stiff in the toe area. The ankle protection is not the greatest but that is normal with this type of street boot. I normally wear a size 10.5 wide shoe. I purchased these in size 11 and there is just enough room for my wide feet. They are about as comfortable to walk around in all day as you would expect from a boot that is made for protection.

David San Jose,  CA Love These Boots I wanted a pair of sport-touring riding boots that I could wear in warm or cool, dry or wet conditions. I also wanted boots that could be worn outside or inside of my riding pants, and that were light in weight. I looked at quite a few on-line reviews before I purchased these Sidi Canyon boots. They were expensive, but so far have performed just as I hoped. I have ridden them in 90 degree plus weather and haven't found them excessively hot. They're easy to put on and comfortable to walk in when off of the bike. I haven't yet tested them in the rain or cold weather.

Phillip Medford,  OR SIDI Canyon boots I ride a Beemer sport tourer, these are my first pair of riding boots, bought 'em 3 yrs ago and they are great. The shifting is supprisingly sensitive considering the thickness of the soles. They are comfortable for hours on the bike and even for some short hikes. Pretty much true to size they fit my wide foot with a high instep without too much breaking in...they get better with time. The velcro/ ratchet strap allow for a wide range of sock thicknesses. These guys are warm, dry and durable. The lug soles are handy for stability when you stop on those gravely back road intersections.

DB Seattle,  WA Great all-round boot I've had these boots about 3 months. I've used them as my only boot riding. Easy to get in/out of. But getting the strap hooked in each time took some patience as it was easy to get jammed crooked. I think it just takes some practice. No leaks in the rain. Great boot, but kind of pricey.

Aaron Coleman Seattle,  WA Sidi Canyon Boots I'll admit I bought these boots on looks and Sidi's reputation. I love almost everything about them but I wish that they came in more half sizes as I am a size 9 in US and the closest size is a EUR 42 which translates to a size 8.5 US. Strangely the boots still seem a bit large.

nc Cary,  NC Highly recommended These boots fit comfortably right out of the package with no need for breaking in. I especially like them because they are well armored but still have the look of a cruiser style boot (I ride a Harley FXD). I also like the shift pad, which should increase the life span of the boot.

Marc F. Brooklyn,  NY Good solid boot Comfortable solid boot. Kept my feet dry and warm in hours of heavy rain riding. Lug sole feels planted and gives good traction. Not as comfortable for walking as my tourmaster solutions, but a better overall boot.

Robert Dresser Parksville,  BC Been There, Done That Got these boots a couple of years ago. I've worn them from the northern end of Vancouver Island to the southern tip of Baja, from the east coast to the west coast, summer and winter, dry and an awful lot of rain. My feet were never wet, never cold and never uncomfortable. I ride, year round, a BMW R12GS so I travel a lot of secondary roads and paths. These Canyons have held up to it all. I expect to get at least two more years before I buy another pair.
