StevO Grants Pass,  OR Teknic waterproof boots My rating is low for one very BIG reason. Teknic used WAY too much velcro in the construction of these boots, which I predict is going to be the determining factor in the useful life of these boots. They incorporated only one snowboard binding type strap on each boot...which I would like to see replace the velcro, or have a longer zipper instead. The boots are incredibly comfortable to both walk in and ride in. The sole is sticky on wet pavement. They seem to be made quite well for rain riding....I'm pleased and gave them a 5 for features for that. I’m just afraid the velcro will wear out much too soon, making the boot short lived. Also, you need to be very careful not to get the liner stuck in the short zipper. That is why I gave them a 2 for durability and a 3 for finish. Ride on !!
